Nice hotel close to the beach

Posted 13-Jun-2017
Pros: Very comfortable feeling
Cons: The rooms that have a door to join rooms need to be soundproofed or double doors need to be installed. We were able to hear everything.
Location: Hotel was within walking distant to some restaurants & Walgreens
This Hotel was perfect for our family. The children were able to play at the beach for half of the day and then swim in the pool the other half of the day. The Hotel staff was very cordial. The food at the Hotel was enjoyable

Right accross from airport, super noisy

Posted 09-Jun-2017
Pictures on website deceptive. Paid extra for "ocean view" which meant I could see ocean if I walked out to balcony & got side view, otherwise big ugly building visible from sliding doors. Carpets worn out, mold on ceiling, sofa smelled musty. Service & food at hotel's restaurant terrible. Breakfast buffet way over priced.

OK hotel, clean & reasonably priced.

Posted 08-Jun-2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff attentiveness could be improved.
Hotel is fine, just nothing special. Majority of staff do not go out of their way to assist with patron needs. With that said, hotel is clean and the beach is lovely. When returning to PR, would probably go elsewhere.

The Best Hotel for Family vacations.

Posted 08-Jun-2017
My wife had picked the wrong hotel for our vacation. It wasn't the hotel I wanted to stay for vacation. But after walking around the hotel and after the first night. I actually thanked my wife for picking the Marriott Coutyard. We had a great vacation, very clean, great staff, and the food was great. We are already planning on going back in December. Thank You Marriott.

Was Nice, but should have notice that outside furniture is cleaned with bleach. Ruined our clothes. Took 100.00 off bill but they were brand new clothes. Acted like it was no big deal.

It was just ok

Posted 31-May-2017
It was nice that the hotel is on the beach but the first night I found a roach in my room, yuk. Although they were nice enough to offer another room that would have been another inconvenience. Hotel staff very nice , food was expensive and the counter Bananas should offer more breakfast options preferably of the culture. My experience was just ok, nothing to get excited over. I would stay somewhere else next time, more in the middle of the strip.

Just finished recuperating from this AMAZING VACA!

Posted 26-May-2017
Pros: I liked that fact that it seemed like it was literally by itself once you stepped inside. It is the last hotel on the street but you feel totally safe
Cons: If I HAD to say one thing, I would say, the pool side café could be open a little later. Just because we could never catch it. :)
Location: Dennys,A cafe/deli open 24hrs, a bar and Walgreens are 8 mins walking distance away. It was a $7 uber ride to Old San Juan.
This was our first time to PR and I was beyond nervous about booking online and also what the Hotel would like when we go there. I'm that person that researched 2-3 weeks prior to the trip. ( I want to see the lastest reviews) When I say from the plane to the taxi to the hotel. Smooth Sailing. The minute we stepped out of the taxi which was $16, (will tell you the uber taxi conflict later) we where greeted with smiles from ear to ear. Christian at the front desk, I don't know where to begin, everyday I would find myself looking to see if he was there just to talk to him. At booking they give you two comp drink tickets for a rum drink. They upgraded our room even after we already updated it, We had a King originally, the upgrade had two queens but we took it because it was on the top floor (12Th) and the view couldn't be bought. Beautiful!! There was another young woman at the concierge that was beyond friendly. I cant remember her name but you will know who she is, she told us all the tips and gave us maps.etc. I could go on and on, BOTTOM LINE I WOULDNT THINK ABOUT STAYING ANYWHERE ELSE!! There are 4 places to eat, we ate at each one, but a short 8 min walk you will find a Dennys that we ate for breakfast one morning (which sells alcohol)and a Walgreens (which sells alcohol) and buy snacks and things. The taxis HATE THE ubers and you cant catch them inside the hotels. But from the curb you can and it is cheaper. When they drop you off they can drop you off at the door.

Great Hospitality

Posted 25-May-2017
Hospitality is great ! From the guys welcoming you into the hotel, the staff at checking in, the waitress at restaurants the manager they were all great. I was in vacation for my birthday and they really made it very especial they even surprised me with a piece of cake.
