They act fast with customer's concerns and actions are prompt and fast. Hotel location is at the very heart of the city so we enjoyed walking around sight-seeing. Though we had a not-so-good experience with housekeeping department, I am very well pleased with the quick response from the management regarding my concern which turned that experience to a much better experience. ##### Jam
