Need to switch up on variety of things to eat. There was a cat that approached everyone’’s table and birds flying inside the facility while you’re eating. Flies were on the food too.

Not a 5 star but still great!

A group of about 14 of us just got back from the Iberostar and we had a great time. The beds/pillows could have been better and the fridge could have been cooler but what sets this hotel apart is the service and staff! They really go out of their way to make your stay as great as possible. They did everything imaginable from getting us extra avocados at dinner, climbing trees to get coconuts, and switching our rooms around to make sure we were close to each other. The nightly entertainment is excellent and the live band makes all the difference. Food was good and always fresh with a lot of variety. The Hibachi and Mexican restaurants were also excellent. They do need to renovate the rooms to modernize and I did see some construction going on but overall I would recommend.

Don't know how this place got a 4 Star Rating

Pros: The spa's 80 Mins Thai Massage.
Cons: Everything
This place at best I would say okay at it's best day but otherwise disappointing is the norm. Besides the regular check in staff, I was next greeted by a nice size roach in my room. Enough said.

Nice environment..

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Food.
The grounds and room are very nice. However, the food was average, especially breakfast. The entertainment and actvity staff were very good.

Decent hotel.

Hotel needs to reconsider the comfort of their mattress. I woke up more tired then when I went to bed. Didn't sleep well a single night. Overall experience was good but rather try a different hotel the next time. My room was super far from everything but close to the beach. It was quite a walk to main buffet restaurant and front desk. Do not stay in the 5000 or 6000 rooms. It's far from everything.

Very nice hotel staff where nice!

The hotel was nice my only request will be to update the gym! Some staff could be more outgoing! Besides that I really like the hotel and I thank them for everything!

Not a good night sleep

The hotel grounds are beautifully manicured and the Staff goes beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The room! We had NO AIR CONDITIONING after we reported it 3x's. The bed was so uncomfortable that it seemed like we go beat with a baseball bat every night. Not a restful night was spent. The Resort must invest in bed comfort to ensure more visitors. Everyone we spoke to had the same complaint about the bed and room. Otherwise, the food, pool, and staff made up for the lousy room.
