Manuel, our personal concierge was amazing. So Accommodating, friendly and always made a point to go out of his way to speak to us and make sure we were happy and comfortable. Jeremy, our presenter for The Club was so nice, easy to talk to and very welcoming. I thought it would be uncomfortable during breakfast, but the conversation was very easy. Pedro, aka Peter, we were not so fond of. He made us feel like dirt. We told him that we could't afford to purchase The Vacation Club, and he said, and I quote, "Well, just goes to show that you can't judge a book by it's cover, I thought you were rich". We were insulted. Not good business.
