Never going back

Horrible food selection. Horrible drink selection. Just a horrible experience. Staff tried hard to make things better, but overall it was not a good experience... Food and drinks get a 2 out of 10...

Pros: The beach
When he arrived he did not appear booking, expedia said they had not sent and handed me the room at 6:00 pm. When you reach the room they were cleaning up and let me in 15 minutes late

This is not a nice hotel. It is nothing like the advirtisement. Rooms are dirty, food is terrible, there is no entertaiment, and the staff was unpleasant.

My worst hotel experience - ever!

Called ahead twice to enquire about early check-in. Was told I would have to pay which I did on checking in around 1.15 pm but after having paid was told I could not go to my room until 3 pm. Had to insist on getting my room which some supervisor allowed in the end (after much fuss). This incident was very disturbing. Also, hotel advertises free wireless internet but does not say it's ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY and NOT in your room. Absolutely ridiculous and dishonest advertising. Ask hotel to call a taxi and was told it would be there in 5 minutes as it was somewhere nearby. Taxi took about half an hour which caused me to be late for a wedding I was attending. Generally, the staff is dishonest and discourteous. I have travelled the world and this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had.

Bueno puedo decir que este hotel es un desastre, las habitaciones muy feas, el aire acondicionado en mal estado,la comida muy mala y antihigienica. El snack cuando llegamos no habia comida,pero tampoco en la noche las personas podían comer.nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion más de dos veces.y lo que menos me gustó es que no están cumpliendo con lo que les compramos a ustedes a través de la pagina.compramos una habitacion y luego allá nos dieron la más económica y por mas que nos quejamos no nos la quisieron cambiar pagamos por una superior y una suite y nos dieron una standar eso es de muy mal gusto y no les da credibilidad a ustedes como intermediarios. En fin no vuelvo a celuisma ni regalado. Gracias

Nightmare experience.

This place keeps changing its name because of how terrible it is. I picked it on a pinch but looking back I would pay anything to not stay there. I had a dead bird in the room when I walked in, no ac on a 90 degree weather, horrible check in, and the filthy pool and sheets horrible.

Hotel was disgusting!

Ac did not work, they were suppose to fix it and never did. Front desk staff was very rude. Bartenders were okay but were trying to be stingy with the "FREE alcohol"! The rooms were disgusting, looked like a motel. The pools I would not even go in because it was all children in there probably peeing. The beach was okay, but there were sand fleas and ants crawling all over us. The food was mediocre. Just not a place I would recommend to anyone, which is why the resort was 95% locals and maybe I saw 5 tourists from outside of Dominican Republic. All in all, experience was not a fun one. I would say it was memorable though because of how disgusting it was overall. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!!!!

the hotel was fun, the food ok but needs improvement and variety. the beach is beautiful. the bar service was excellent and we must give credit to roberto for its excellent customer service

You get what you pay for

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The Staff should be friendlier and more accommodating. The food & drinks need a thorough make-over and so does entertainment.
Location: I had no interest in exploring the area, and I didn't know of any activity being offered. I ate and went to bed.
This resort did not offer any comfort or worthy entertainment. At check-in they didn't have my reservation. I waited close to an hour for them to contact Expedia and resolve the issue. The food drinks are not even worth mentioning.
