Never going back

Horrible food selection. Horrible drink selection. Just a horrible experience. Staff tried hard to make things better, but overall it was not a good experience... Food and drinks get a 2 out of 10...

Pros: The beach
When he arrived he did not appear booking, expedia said they had not sent and handed me the room at 6:00 pm. When you reach the room they were cleaning up and let me in 15 minutes late

This is not a nice hotel. It is nothing like the advirtisement. Rooms are dirty, food is terrible, there is no entertaiment, and the staff was unpleasant.

It's a shame such a nice resort but the pool was filthy the food was no good. It seems no one cares, most of the employees are new and they have no idea how to handle the complaints

Muy bien solo que la abitacion tenia como un olor a humedad y las toalla estaban curtidas y rotas deben cambiar toallas nuevas pero lo demas excelente el entretenimiento excelente el personal del restaurante muy buenas atenciones

My worst hotel experience - ever!

Called ahead twice to enquire about early check-in. Was told I would have to pay which I did on checking in around 1.15 pm but after having paid was told I could not go to my room until 3 pm. Had to insist on getting my room which some supervisor allowed in the end (after much fuss). This incident was very disturbing. Also, hotel advertises free wireless internet but does not say it's ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY and NOT in your room. Absolutely ridiculous and dishonest advertising. Ask hotel to call a taxi and was told it would be there in 5 minutes as it was somewhere nearby. Taxi took about half an hour which caused me to be late for a wedding I was attending. Generally, the staff is dishonest and discourteous. I have travelled the world and this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had.
