This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this property under any circumstances. The food quality was extremely poor, with very limited menu options, and on our very first day, the food ran out due to the hotel’s lack of preparation. The alcoholic beverages appeared to be watered down, which was very disappointing. Although check-in was expected in the early afternoon, we did not receive our room until 6:00 PM after waiting since 1:30 PM. Despite this unacceptable delay, the hotel placed notices in the rooms warning guests that they would be charged additional fees if they did not check out before 11:30 AM. It is unreasonable to deliver rooms hours late while strictly enforcing an early checkout. The hotel was clearly overbooked and overwhelmed. The staff appeared poorly trained and unable to manage the large number of guests, resulting in long waits and poor customer service throughout our stay. The rooms were not properly cleaned and did not meet basic standards of hygiene. Even more concerning, the hotel does not have any on-site medical assistance available in the event of an emergency, which raises serious concerns about guest safety. Overall, this hotel failed in nearly every aspect of hospitality, including cleanliness, food quality, organization, customer service, and guest care. I strongly advise future travelers to choose a different hotel. This was a truly disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would never stay he
