Call us if you have any questions regarding our condo 603-486-7562\. This 2100 sq. ft. condo (1650 livable and 450 sq ft. deck) is one of the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos in the entire resort. Located on the 7th floor in phase 2 (most desired), Cortez 706 is situated in an east facing building and has great views of the ocean, pools and breathtaking sunrises. Enjoy the late afternoon in the comfort of shade. The open great room has outstanding views with no obstructions. The moment you open the door of this beautifully furnished condo with top of the line furniture, electronics, and decor, you will congratulate yourself for choosing Cortez 706. Our modern beach condo has been decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. We visit often so not only is it well maintained, it is constantly updated. The fully stocked spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, cookware, LG appliances with ice maker and RO system. The reservation process was a breeze! Everything at the property was as advertised on VRBO. The checkin process was easy as well. My family and I had an amazing time at this property. We really did not have any issues at all. When we got to the property it was very clean and presentable. I would highly recommend any family reserve this property. The condo is perfect for a family! It is very spacious, with a great floor plan, and beautiful large balcony. The owners are very responsive. We love all the different pools and lazy rivers. The beach is great, with many chairs and umbrellas for guests on the beach as well as the pool. 5 stars! The room was everything as pictured and more. It was super spacious and accomodating for all our guests. The beds were so comfortable and loved the balcony view.
