Property was just described. Host responded to inquiries within minutes, very attentive. We have been going to rocky point every year for over a decade, we used to stay at resorts, however, we have rented homes the last 3 years, including this stay.. This is our favorite stay so far. It is away from the town center and resorts, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The ocean, at low tide was within 100 yards- this in November, I can only imagine how much closer it is in the summer. The beach access was perfect. The views of the beach and sunsets was great. The house was clean and beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was provided. Beach paradise.
