"Lovely hotel, comfortable and impeccable rooms "

"I highly recommend this resort. We had an amazing time with the staff from the bell hop, to the front desk, to the concierge, housekeeping and restaurant team - I felt like I was getting Disney resort level service. The rooms were great - the hotel lobby and dining space were very nice. And the whole place was surrounded by jungle, yet close to everything. Pool deck area was wonderful as well, though some of the tiles were worn. They also have a spa and we had a great massage there. Highly recommend!"

The location was a little off the main road but right in the middle of the rain forest. Food was great. No complaints. "

"The a/c was leaking onto this light fixture, the room was nice loved the balcony looking into the lush vegetation. The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was another story, you couldn’t serve yourself (buffet style) the cereal etc side you could but not the fruits cheese or ham side. The only eggs served are scrambled. The hostess the first day was not very friendly but day 2 and 3 this younger much friendlier hostess took great care of us!! "
