This is a very family friendly hotel with plenty of facilities and its own beach. The hotel staff were very helpful and service was excellent. We also had a complimentary breakfast with a variety of breakfast options to start the day. The room had a sea view and was very spacious with a fridge for cooling drinks although there was no air conditioning or tea/coffee making facilities. The room was cleaned daily and hand towels replaced but the bath towels were not changed during the first week. This may be because we chose to hang them up rather than throw them on the floor although its not clear what action you need to take to replace towels. On the plus side the hotel provided beach towels for the duration of our stay and these were changed every two days. Extended checkout wasn't available to us due to the hotel being fully booked but we were provided with fresh towels and a room for us to shower before our trip home.

Just got back from 1 week family of 4 holiday at Ole Olivina. Overall a relaxing holiday. Hotel was nice, but is not 4 star, probably 3.5 star if there was such a rating. Hotel is lively and staff overall were polite and helpful. Entertainment staff were good. Food was above average for all inclusive, but location is within easy reach of lots of good restaurants.
"Newly refurbished hotel close to excellent beach"
We came in February and enjoyed it so much we returned in July for 18 days. The staff are fantastic, food is excellent and the junior suites are spacious , comfortable and well equipped with a mini bar. We will return again
We went back to this hotel, having been there last year. The hotel is superb. The food is of a very high standard & the staff really look after you extremely well. The animacion entertainment team put on some great entertainment for the kids & adults alike. Looking forward to going back again next year as it was that good. I really do highly recommend this hotel.

The island’s biggest and busiest resort has two very different faces. Along the beachfront is a three-kilometre long, unbroken strip of shops, restaurants and night spots. By contrast, the old port is a picturesque spot busy with fishing and pleasure boats, and overlooked by restaurants and bars, many occupying a lofty balcony position on the hill. Adjacent, the swish marina of Puerto Calero offers excursions by yacht, submarine or catamaran.
