Anazing place to stat
The place was lovely, people very friendly, we came late to check in and found a bottle of water on the table which we desperate needed, it saved us! Also bottle of wine which was very nice. The building was looking calming that you wanted to stroll around, get to swimming pool or just sit on a tarace, children could be there for all day. Definitely we will return there.

We stayed 8 days there, not physical reception which was scary less security. Nobody cleaned our apartment for 8 days so no new towels at all. When we arrived my partner had to mop the whole apartment because look dirty. It was a spacious and well-equipped flat but I guess they could improve in those areas.

Good furnished apartment with nice pool

Communication from the company prior to my arrival informing me of how to locate the keys as I was arriving late at night . How they were dealing with the covid situation. in a lovely area of the town . had the pool to myself most of the time.

No replies received from my 3 emails regarding check in. Pleasant receptionist when we arrived. Apartment very clean. However we were disappointed to be allocated a dark,no sun,no view apartment certainly not the one we had in mind when we booked. (no change could be made, yes we did ask) The sun terrace with pool was a lifesaver to catch the sunshine. The area was great for bars and restaurants, would return to Puerto de la Cruz but not Club Tarahal

Great family appartment in quiet area of Puerto
Very clean and large appartment, well equiped with kitchen and good WIFI. Large balcony with beautiful sea view and cool sea breeze at night. Nice private pool on roof with great views. Good quiet location in la Paz and reasonable walking distance of Puerto town. Need to be fit with the steps to town. Parking is always tricky in Puerto, but there are enough on the road spaces near to the appartments. Good links to major routes mean this is an excellent location if you want to explore northern Tenerife.

Comfortable accomodation
Spacious accomodation. Quiet area. Not the most comfortable bed and although clean the room smelled of cigarette smoke. There are limited facilities in the hotel complex. There was a nice view of the sea from the apartment . There is no beach area within walking distance.

very good apartment hotel
The complex was very good well maintained a short walk to restaurants bars & shops. Being January the area was not as busy but most places were open and perfect for a winter sun break. I would recommend Club Tarahal and the Puerta De la Cruz area to anyone.

Lovely apartments with brilliant views
Very pleased with our 1 bed apartment, very clean, well stocked. Only problem we asked for a double bed and got 2 twin beds pushed together, not quite the same. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and a little further to the supermarket. Lovely location, would recommend.

Well located for all amenities
Very pleasant 6 night stay, heated pool, good apartment facilities. Had slight problem getting on to the Wifi but by the second day it was fine.

Nice apartment with great views
The apartment was huge and really nice. Very clean with a balcony and a great view of tge hills. A bit of a walk down to the main town and all up hill on thecway back but very pretty. Lots of nice cheap places to eat nearby and a supermarket close by. Had a great holiday. Would highly recommend this place if your looking for a budget holiday

Club Tharahal was OK
It was not clean when we arrived but they came and made a good job. Our room had little ventilation, courtains need to be changed. Cats are taking over this place and invade the rooms if you leave your balcony door open. Be aware.... Overall it was ok.

We really appreciate your comments and will look into why your room appears not to have been cleaned on your arrival. We do encourage clients to close the balcony doors when they leave the room for security reasons. We are aware that sometimes cats from neighboring properties visit the resort mostly encouraged by clients who offer them food. We do inform our clients that even though it sounds cruel they should not feed them as it encourages them to return. Disappointed on arrival to find the double bed we requested was two singles apparently was told a request is only a request our room was up 40 steps no AC no Ceiling fan units getting tired nice staff

Nice accommodation close to local shops etc.
Stayed here with 2 teenage boys 28.12.16 to 4.1.17. Plenty of local shops restaurants bars etc to keep us amused. Very quiet location. Very clean apartment and common areas. Lovely unheated roof top pool area with fantastic views. Our apartment had a balcony with sea views to die for - although at this time of year no balcony sun. Walk to Puerto de la Cruz 20-25 mins Shops Bars etc on the route, v steep climb coming back! Very close to fabulous Botanical Gardens.

Overall a good find, although the description suggesting over 25's to check-in made us think children were not allowed, although that wasn't the case. Great quiet rooftop pool area with sunloungers and view of the sea and the mountains.

I recommend
Appartement a bit old but the view was great from the apartment as well as from the pool. Very good reactivity from the reception as well. Could find a parking lot with no issue. I recommend.

Bon appart hotel
Appart-hotel très bien, magnifiquement situé (vue mer imprenable pour les apparts situés du bon coté) , proche d'un quartier animé avec bars et restaurants sans en avoir vraiment les inconvénients. Le centre ville est à environ 1km à pieds, faisable sans soucis, et une magnifique plage de sable noir à 2km, ce qui fait une petite rando à travers les palmeraies très sympa. L'appart était grand (2 vraies chambres), belle terrasse vue mer et la cuisine équipée du minimum vital, pas de pb donc. Pour les défauts il y a surtout la propreté qui pourrait être améliorée, l'odeur d'égouts parfois dans la salle de bains (appremment commune aux autres apparts, les femmes de ménage mettent systematiquement du pchit dans les apparts..) et les matelas un peu mous, mais qui conviennent surement aux gens qui aiment les matelas un peu mous...

Appartement spacieux tres propre se garer dans la rue est facile. Tout ce qu il faut à proximité. En revanche boule quies obligatoire car en plus d entendre les voisins ce qui allait encore, des residents ont mis le boxon 2 nuits quasi entiere sur 3, j etais bien contente de bouger dans un autre hotel...

El primer dia q llegamos y entramos en el apartamento estaba sin limpiar y sin ningun problema y rápidamente nos asignaron otro al lado de la piscina. La piscina de 10,con muy buenas vistas al mar y montaña. El apartamento estaba de limpieza bastante bien. El sofa cama incomodo para dormir. Hemos pasado 9 noches

Mal.Sin persianas en las habitaciones,aunque había garaje,estaba cerrado,tuvimos que mendigar un rollo de papel higiénico y aunque por el tema del Coronavirus no limpiaban la habitación que menos que dejar toallas limpias y sábanas a mitad de semana pues no,etcétera...
