Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

Mocowa Plaza Hotel is always very well kept and maintained and the staff are always so friendly and nice!! I travel to Armenia several times a year and I would not think of staying anywhere else.
