"Second time staying here and it’s still an incredible experience. The accommodations are excellent, the pool is heated, and the atmosphere is quiet, clean, and kid-friendly. I recommend this hotel to all my friends and will definitely be back in a few months! "

"Gorgeous view, very nicely furnished, dolphins swam right in front of us daily between 9 and 10 am, direct access to a relatively quiet beach (though we headed to Zuma most of the time because it was better for our teens to body board) ... at high tide sitting on the balcony is like being out on a boat (without the swaying), super relaxing"
"Who would've known this property was available! Not to mention the views from here are breathtaking. A beautiful place to relax, take in the views, and read a good book. My room wasn't bad. I would've rather the ocean-view though, but it's ok. There were many outdoor benches and tables for me to sit and enjoy."
"Outstanding views and very close to the beach behind private Colony Rd (an A beach that seems private) which has some of the most expensive homes in Malibu. Enter via the public park 2 doors away and it is a short walk. A surfing point is very close as well. Some surfers were also directly behind the house. Great lower and upper decks. The home is old but a charming beach house with lots of antique furniture. The owner was superb to work with. Wifi is good, cell service is poor. Three very good restaurants a CvS and grocery store are within walking distance."
"We have stayed in Malibu many times and enjoyed it.This time, not so much. The place was a little run down and not as clean as we'd have liked it.The worst of all was the construction right next door that we were NEVER told about. Not Happy!"
Fabulous five bedroom Malibu beach house on a dry private beach
10/10 Excellent
"We chose this home largely due to there being a bedroom & full bathroom on the ground level of the home, as we were celebrating my mother in laws 84th birthday and didn’t want her to have to climb many stairs. The home was well kept & beautifully decorated with different art pieces & decor that we really enjoyed. There is a “music room” where they so graciously allow guests to use their piano & guitars. There was also a little table in there where we played chess while others attempted to explore their inner musician. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all of the cookware that we needed, the grill is hooked to the gas for the house (so no need to worry about running out of propane), and the wine chiller & wet bar were well stocked! We enjoyed a bottle of their wine & replaced it with one of ours. The large TV’s are ready to go with Disney & Netflix, with guest accounts available for use. This was great in the evening for some chill time for the younger kids that were tired from a full day. The view is simply beautiful and AMAZING! There is a large main level deck with plenty of seating, and a second level deck accessible from the master & 2nd master. I cannot emphasize the views you have at this home. The beach was perfect and sandy and we spent hours enjoying it. We went out early in the morning during low tide to check out the tide pools, which was fun as well. We would love to go back again!! "
