Our room was clean. Gave an average for property condition for hot tub not working and multiple leaks from the ceiling on the 3rd floor. Gave a poor outside condition as the town had a terrible snow storm and the parking lot was partially plowed. We had to go around the building to decide where to park and the back half was not plowed.

No hot water in shower only. Didn't get a shower until they moved us in the morning. Wasn't offered compensation of any kind. Property is pretty run down and needs to be maintained better by Hampton.

Bugs, dirty bathroom, thin scratchy sheets, curtains didn’t close all the way, light fixture next to bed didn’t work even with three different light bulbs. Television didn’t work and staff stated they didn’t know how to fix it and that was that. I made my reservation two months in advance and still ended up with the wrong room type. I agreed to make it work when I spoke to the hotel on the phone, as I knew the hotel and all others were booked due to the wrestling tournament. As Hilton Honors member I am disappointed at the conditions in this property and the lack of care and courtesy from staff.

We were tired and booked a room at the last minute. The front desk was so kind and checked us in swiftly. Very thankful! The room was nice. Big shower.

DIRTY - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
In reading reviews for this hotel before booking, and recognizing the Hampton name, we booked this hotel - I am not sure where all of these 4 and 5 star reviews came from, but they were NOT from this property. This hotel was extremely dirty - floors had not been vacuumed in ages, and in general, the rooms were dirty. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Fine but would prefer more than one wash cloth and one hand towel. Partial roll of toilet paper was inadequate. Very comfortable bed and bedding!

Not what was expected
The internet was none existient. They had no idea at the front desk what to do. TV was awful, there was no guide, So sad as this was a Marriot??? Would not stay there again, all tho the younger blond at the desk was so sweet, as was the other one we didn't really interface with . Just b/c you go with a higher known chain, we are finding means nothing :((( Not worth the price, Motel 6 really would have been better :(

I’m shocked this was in the same family as any other Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. It was dirty , breakfast was terrible and had to beg for extra towels.

Appreciate your time to review and still thank you to stay in the dirty hotel. Just wondering why you still decided to stay 1 whole night if the Hotel is Dirty you were most welcome to check out on same day and have your money back. If you need more towels than it supposed to have in 1 King room, then I am sure you have to ask for it.Again Truly apprerciate your time for giving us review.

The first room we got had bodily fluid stains on the sheets and hair. There were cup rings on the tables and dirty spots where someone had eaten. The bathroom floor was dirty. Someone had clearly come in and just remade the beds. They did put us in a new room however it was rough. There was a 2x4 supporting the sink in the bathroom up and a terrible paint job on the bathroom door. The lock on the door only had one screw. The staff was very kind, the hotel itself is not the nicest or cleanest. I wouldnt book here again.

Visiting the Royal Gorge
The hotel was perfect if you’re traveling with dogs. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and coffee was delicious! I would recommend it! It was close to the train station.

Noisy rm 223 w/ stairs and ice machine and traffic noises outside the rm; noisy bathroom fan and AC fan. Unable to have room changed. Did not sleep at all despite ear plugs.

Good place to stay
Shampoo and body wash were out but the front desk replaced it quickly. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and carpet needed a vacuum. Front desk is outstanding in customer service and friendly!

1st room had both shower doors completely off the rails. 2nd room had one shower door that was so difficult to move - we only used the side that did move. Staff offered to move us for an3rd time but we declined….tired and just wanted to get settled.

I’ve stayed in various Hampton inns in different city’s but this one was the worse one it needs urgent maintenance right when you walk in the hotel it smells bad like old and dirty, moldy. The manger Sonia is so rude the worker Amy is also rude and both are so careless, our shower didn’t work the water would not go down the drain the hot water didn’t started getting hot until about 5 minutes the sheets were dirty the couch seat was nasty dirty you can hear every noise people are making the breakfast here was nasty and there was hardly nothing to choose from! Terrible if you want a bad experience stay here or if you like nasty and dirty hotels this is the place!

Appreciate your time for review and salute to you that you stayed 3 nights in our nasty and dirty hotel.Our hotel was perfect for you when our rude agent amy asked you about room and you said perfectWhen you reported drain problem and got taken care right then and there you still want to stay in our hotel for 3 nights and expected all free nights wowww, When you got denied for refund for no reason then manager sonia also was rude to you, I think guest like you should stay in your clean house because all hotels will be nasty and dirty if they wont give you free nights .Thank you

No one at front desk. Rung bell twice and had to look for employee so i could check in. Employee acyclovir like it urine get to check me in and i had a reservation otherwise i would have went other place. Only one towel in room. No green area for dogs even though they charge $50 , for a 20lb Boston Terrier. Altogether this was the most expensive room on my week vacation and the worst.
