Hotel is just ok, I have stayed in a much better Camino real in Mexico City and if you compare it is a bit disappointing. Another thing is on floor 5 the smell is like the hotel kitchen is right there.

Nice pool area. Good service. On the other hand, internet speed has to be improved. The room was a bit hot, the AC was not strong enough to cooldown the temp.

Cuando llegamos en el cuarto había vidrios en la terraza y luego también encontramos dentro del cuarto, por lo que tuve que pedir que nos cambiaran de cuarto. El hotel ya está viejo y necesita una renovación. No está muy limpio, el baño se veía sucio y la tina con pelos. La alfrombra muy vieja y sucia.

Air conditioning in the rooms is very bad. If you are staying in the tower be ready to be in an oven during the day. The rooms get to 30 Celsius and that was at 10am.

The hotel is clean and nice. The lobby restaurant "La Huerta" has an overpriced menu and the food is not great. The valet parking service is really slow and the staff are not kind. The rooms are old but clean and maintained.

Es un hotel que ocupo mucho porque voy de viajes a ver a la familia, pero creo que han descuidado el tema de limpieza, baños y valte parking. Lllegue a las 7 pm y el pasillo de la habitación 1324 parecía había comido un pollito, plásticos, y muy sucio, les pedía a las camareras que aspiraran porque daba muy mal aspecto. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y los lavabos tapados, o las instalaciones hidraulicas de la parte inicial MUY MAL!!! Es una buena ubicación denle mantemimiento al hotel.

The hotel is nice and well put together but they messed up out reservations and gave out our paid rooms to others guests and we were then placed in two different towers and rooms floors after that a junior suite wasa finally given anf we wnded up having to call for help as the shower heads were missing and the other felt off of the head and on my head we lost abouy an hour due to this incidents and waiting our stay was very unpleasant ... dont recommend no it was not on point r
