Absolutely nothing, nothing was what it sell o line room was Derry it smell bad no power outlets we actually stayed somewhere else and lost the money we payed for this hotel that’s how disgusted we where with it

Interior is a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. We specifically choose this hotel for the auquatic facilities. The pool is located on the roof next door and is covered so sadly it was too cold to swim. We were charged an extra 80 pesos per person to use the sauna, while slightly annoying was doable. Located next to many local attractions but quite at night. I’d stay here again but would just take a regular room over an executive as the only difference was a king bed vs 2 queens. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Budget hotel close to center
Hotel staff I’d friendly overall however the overall condition of hotel can be a lot better . The price point is a big point to consider . It’s a place really just to sleep . You won’t be dazzled by the fixtures of condition of the hotel but the close proximity to center is good . Area is relatively safe even at night .

I made a reservation, and they had no room for me. The Internet does not work as well. I had to wait until other customers completed their check in. At the end The room I received wasn’t the room I paid for. Anyway! Thanks!

Hotel was awful towels where dirty sheets on the mattress were dirty it smell really bad I had to disconnect the tv in order to charge my phone since it had no outlets, ended up changing hotel after the first night still waiting to see if I’m getting my money back for the days I didn’t stay in

They didnt find my reservation and kept me at the lobby long time util I've paid with another credit card, only on the next day they told me that found the expedia reservation....so all terrible

I would not recommend this hotel
The hotel is obsolete, the facilities unpleasant, the staff arrogant, the internet does not work, the food has no flavor, they beat my van to the station and they were not sincere to comment on it, they left my Boucher open, well, I would not recommend I would worst enemy this hotel

It was OK.
The room was clean, the service was ok. The hotel has a good location. My only complain was that the sauna never function it was broken. The hotel should include breakfast buffet, that detail will increase customer satisfaction.

Bad points: you have to pay for wifi. You also have to pay for the gym which is not mentioned on the website. The shower hardly drains so the whole bathroom floods. The cleaners knock on your door and try to come in from 8:30am. The tv only has sound on about 3 channels. Good points: the beds are very comfortable. The room is clean. It's in a great location.

Decent hotel.
Great place to stay if you only desire a place to sleep and shower. Entrance looks amazing, rooms are not that great, shower and furniture is out dated with lots of ware and tare but clean. Beds are hard not that comfortable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Food at restaurant is not the best suggest eating at local shops. Location is great, not too far from city center and far enough from the large crowds. Rooms facing the street will become noisy during the day and night traffic is unavoidable. Not for the light sleeper.

The aristos was nice and quiet (we asked for an internal room). The bed was comfortable and the room was big. But the bathroom was horrible. Old and rusty fittings, and there was a smell of sewage on occasion. There was no room servicing to swap the towels.

I will never use hotels.com in my life
I got this room because the branch p, but it was the most bad experience in my life, the bathrooms are dissgusting and stinky, They changed my room, but the secund one was the same, then they show me 3 rooms and those were the same, I choose one, and the third day, when came back from a nice dinner, I opened the door and smelled terrible, at the 4th day, I decided to move to different hotel, they said, they were not to charge penalty, and the gave me a document signed by the manager, and apologized, but worst with hotels.com, I asked to Hotels to give me my money back, they gave me excuses, when the hotel Aristos does not charge one day more, they made my time hard, until today, I didn't get my money back, Hotels.com, stink more than the hotel

Hotel in the centre of the city
This is my third stay in the Aristos. 2013 once, 2014 in January and now in October. I booked everytime with Expedia, and each time, they did not want to recognise the Expedia reservation number. this is annoying when one arrives at 23h00, from a long flight. And one has to justify oneself with a valid reservation that the staff do not believe is one. Hotel staff do not know about client service. Key had to be re-programmed every time you wanted to enter the room. The receptionnists told me about that 5 days into my 8 night stay. They had me go down to reception complaining about the key not opening the door for 5 days. At one point, the lift was not working. They reprogrammed my key and did not tell me the lift was not working. Number of towels varied from day to day. Apart from that the hotel is clean, close to the center, and the price is very reasonable. All 4-5 blocks from El Zócalo. Next time I will indeed pay twice as much, and stay say in the NH Puebla, 2 blocks closer to el Zócalo. The rooms are somewhat smaller, but the service is there.

This should be a one star hotel. Great location
This hotel is in urgent need of restoration. The max I can pay for my stay here is $30 dollars/night but not a penny more. The carpet looks terrible, the bathroom hardware is incredibly old and the condition is terrible. The bedding sheets were so thin and old that you can actually see through it. You cannot beat the location but it is a very uncomfortable hotel. I would prefer the hotel NH instead of dealing with the unknown surprised at Hotel Ariston. This place used to be a very nice place but it looks like nothing has been remodeled. Don't bring a car because the parking is cumbersome.

Grimey filthy and no working air-conditioning room. Bell boy vallet boy very pushy I had to take 2 showers just to feel clean again after sleeping in that filthy bed. Don't stay at this hotel. You have been warned.

Staff is impolite and unprofessional. Elevator doesen´t work properly. Telephone in the room doesen't work at all! Fixing work is going on with lots of noise. No towels in the room, etc..... Not going back!

The location is the only positive about this hotel; the phone didn't work, the door key worked 2 out of 10 tries and I changed the key 4 times. The bath tub had a bump that if you were not careful while showering could easily slip. The staff was very slow to respond to request, the security box was difficult to open and messages were given to me a day later or not at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never stay there again, I have reasons to visit Puebla once every 3 years or so, but fortunately there are other alternatives where to stay. I am almost certain anything else would be better, this is the worst place I ever stayed anywhere, I do travel a lot. Expedia, please take this hotel out of your options, it gives you a bad reputation and I have been a loyal customer of yours for over 15 years.

I'm not a picky person, but I had a bad experience at this hotel. Frontdesk did not find my reservation, after waiting fo a while, they told me, the room was dirty and made me wait over an hour to check in after 4 pm. Bathroom tile had mold, very old fixtures and tiles. Satellite tv all in Spanish. Phone in room never worked, unable to room service or call. I got stuck in the elevator for minutes, not to say it would always hit you when closing doors, very defective. Cleaning people left my room door open while at the shower. Pool and sun desk is a joke. Just terrible!

Four Blocks from Zocalo
Centrally located. A few blocks from the Metro (Not for the faint of heart), two blocks from the Metro Bus , one form the local buses. Was given a free breakfeast & welcome drink upon arrival. Always felt safe. Taxis are metered so you do not have to barter- easiest & safest way to get around. Would have rated it less if more expensive- Thums Up, Great value for the price .

There is many discrepancies on this hotel with the online offer, for example wifi in the online offer wifi for free but at the time of check in you are required to pay $35 pesos, not happy with that, there is no A/C in any room, overall this is the worst choice that i made in a hotel, i regret to purchase this package with this hotel. Really bothering noises from everywhere, i was move once from the room, as i told before not A/C so, with the heat of Puebla mexico in the night is really uncomfortable to sleep, another thing is that for most of the features of the hotel you have to pay separate, for example, gym there is a surcharge, steam room, also a surcharge, sauna also surcharge, no way that i return to that hotel, my next trip to Puebla, mexico will be to another hotel, to my friends never this will be a choice and i guarantee..

Fantastic location, two blocks from Zocalo. The rooms are decent and clean. The only weird thing is, that it is on Reforma and they mention their office address (Av de Revolucion) everywhere. So make sure you head to Reforma and not the address hotels.com sends you, and is on the Aristos website. But overall, great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, decent bathrooms, and probably the best price-quality you will get in Puebla. I highly recommend a stay when in Puebla.
