Good choice for a holiday
Room is very spacious and clean. TV has no sound, beds are comfortable, shower cabin could be bigger. Staff, from the reception, waiters both at the restaurant and at the bar, as well as the cleaning ladies are warm and kind people. Both breakfast and dinner are served in a form of a buffet. Food is extremely various and well prepared, and there is approximately 20 dishes per meal. Also, every dish in offer is constantly refilled, literally up to last minute. The water in all pools could be warmer. It is a good price/quality ratio and, overall, a place to recommend.

Rooms are hideous for the price that they charge . The inconvenience of the ramps outside is also hideous . No organization what so ever . Rooms are outdated and everything is old . They haven’t invested a 1$ in this whole property since it’s been built back in 1970. Id never stay here again . Wouldn’t pay the price I paid because the hotel it self it not worth it . Breakfast area was okay I can say .

You'll be better off somewhere else
The hotel is a money sucking machine, they will find a way to over charge you with almost anything. But being almost the most expensive hotel in Vodice, is not enough, they have the worst dining room, it is over crowded and noisy, and almost always missing something, food or cutlery or clean tables. From the very first hour in morning, there are no towels in the swimming pool. The building itself is poorly maintained, and the rooms are small, and equipped with only 2 sockets. Enjoy

Olympia is a gold medal winner!
Check in was sensational- the staff were friendly and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. The room was spotless and I had a fluffy bath robe, even though I had a standard room. The bar had a lovely view overlooking the pool.

September Olympia Stay
Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very white so dirt could show easily. However, you can tell the hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious. There were small negative issues. We did not have electrical outlets in the bedroom, so our phones had to be charged in other part of suite. Also, they insisted on keeping our passports at the front desk while we were there which we did not like.

Lovely hotel
Loved this hotel. Very clean, great room, great pool area. Only down side was we arrived after evening meal had closed and no food had been put to one side for us. A previous hotel we stayed in made sandwiches for us.

Great hotel. Good food and friendly staff. Brilliant location, lots to do especially boat trips and water sports. Only a 20 minute drive to Krka National Park which is a must, amazing. Thank you Hotel Olympia

Polite personal and bad smell in the bathroom
We booked 2 rooms. They both have bad smell comming out from the sink. Repairman came instantly and spend half an hour fixing it. All was good for few hours and unfortunately, at the evening smell returned in one of the rooms. In that room there was also a problem with air conditioning. They gave us another room. Next day the smell returned to other room we had and the replacement room they gave us was just below lift engine so it was really annoying to be in there from 6am till 11pm. Around 3pm some couple was assigned the same room we were in an than I loose my nerves. They gave us 2 other rooms instantly and said that non of the issues will repeat there. Unfortunately, the room the kids were in had a bad smell the second day, so we "fixed" it alone by plugging the sink. I had really bad experience and partially ruined my vacation because of all the moving around and bad smell, but I have to say that personal was really polite and tried to help.

My main disappointment with the hotel is the air conditioning wasn't on. They had the heat on and it is either heat or air for the whole hotel. It was 80 degrees in our room. Our last night we had to sleep with the balcony door open which didnt make me feel safe.

The pool was fine, but the noise was awful
The hotel is actually quite nice, with a large pool and a location very near to the beach. BUT the noise is awful! The first thing we experienced was that there is an outdoor disco/dance-club located right on the beach, just in front of the hotel. This club (as all the other clubs in the area) have an outstanding sound equipment, with a VERY high volume. Even when we closed our door to our balcony we could hear the music clearly, and the bass was so loud that we could feel it in our room. Not only was the music load but it was also just one kind. I am not sure what it is called (dance, house or what ever), but it is very a very distinct and loud bass rhythm ALL THE TIME - and it drives you nuts. To add to this. Also at the hotel it self the SAME music was played. Always the same music and very loud. From the loudspeakers at the pool restaurant, so that it was hard to have a conversation when eating. From the impressive sound equipment in the same area, serving the pool aerobic (but they always forgot to stop it when the aerobic was stopped. and From the loud speakers at the pool bar. This was actually as loud as if it was a disco (had it only been disco music). Mind you - the music from these three sources - plus the fourth from the beach were all different. So you sat or laid hearing two or three different very loud and very disturbing. Request to turn it down and/or to find some other music genres were turned down by the (young) staff.

Good location near the boardwalk, had a nice pool and excellent breakfast selections. However the A/C in both rooms did not work it was hot which made for very hot night. The shower was one of the smallest we have seen in Europe. Would not recommend !!

Comfortable, if a little too large.
The hotel was generally comfortable, was being painted as we were staying there. We weren't sure why our room was such a ling walk from the main hotel area, and the large dining room was a little overwhelming. Food was basic but fair. It was nice being able to walk down to the beach, and have a treatment in the spa.

Pro: Lage und Sauberkeit des Hotels! Loby, Eingangshalle, Rezeption ist Top! Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht und freundlich aber eher lustlos! Parkplatz vorhanden den man aber bezahlen muß! Contra: Auf dem Balkon bröckelt der Fußboden und die Wände ab! Kein Wäscheständer vorhanden! Kein Willkommensgetränk (bin ich vom anderen Hotels gewohnt)! Im Zimmer nur 2 Steckdosen vorhanden! Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist viel zu schwach das man kaum duschen kann, und die Wassertemperatur wechselt ständig von warm auf kalt! Pooltücher muß man bezahlen! Die Wassertiefe im Pool ist nur 1.20 Meter tief! Die Pool Liegen werden früh morgens schon mit Handtüchern belegt aber die nicht benützt werden! Beim Abendessen muß man anstehen... Riesenschlange, teilweise ist das Essen am Buffet dann schon kalt! Zu wenig Kuchenauswahl vorhanden! Keine Animation und Abendprogramme vorhanden. Das Hotel ist keine 4Sterne Wert, eher 2 Sterne. Die Zimmer vom alten Teil im Hotel sind Renovierungsbedürftig! Man kann hier den Urlaub verbringen aber Preisleistungverhältnis stimmt hier nicht... viel zu teuer!

Leider hat der Speisesaal den Charme einer Schulmensa, auch von der Lautstärke. Ansonsten war das Personal freundlich und auch das Wellness-Angebot war gut. Die Massagen waren toll.

Wir waren im Hotel Olympia 5 Tage Familienurlaub mit Halbpension. Als dem älteren Hotel. (Das schöne Hotel dass wir ein Schiff aussieht ist das deutlich teurere aber auch schönere Olympia Sky Hotel, welches zur gleichen Anlage gehört). Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Strand. Nur einmal durchs Hotelareal und man ist dort. Essen war total in Ordnung. Es gibt eine Auswahl an mehreren waren Speise sowie zwei Suppen und Salatbuffet. Hab auch jeden Abend Pizza die frisch gemacht wurde und gut geschmeckt hat. Frühstück war super. Auch mit sehr viel Auswahl. Getränke sind beim Frühstück dabei, beim Abendessen zu bezahlen (so wie es in den meisten Hotels mit Halbpension ist). Es gibt einen großen Hauptpool und einen zweiten Pool. Zusätzlich 2 Kinderpools. Außerdem gibt es für Kinder einen Spielplatz und einen klimatisierten Spieleraum im Hotel Olympia Sky, den auch Gäste des Hotel Olympia benutzen dürfen. Zimmer waren in Ordnung, wenn auch etwas klein. Handtücher sind zu bezahlen. Die haben als wir dort waren €7 pro Stück gekostet. Wir hatten aber unsere eigenen mit. Parken kostet pro Tag €7 im Freien. In der TG €12 am Tag. Sehr cool ist das neu schöne Olympia Sky Hotel welches zur gleichen Anlage gehört. Man kann hier auch als Hotel Olympia Gast bspw in die Bar in den 9ten Stock fahren und die super aussieht genießen. Die Preise sind sehr moderat. Gleich günstig wie im Poolbereich beim Hauptpool. Also so Um die €3,50 für bspw Eistee. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall da mal raufz

Waren das vierte Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet - grosse Auswahl. Der Zustand und die Einrichtungen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist toll und sauber. Hotel ist sehr zentral und umgeben von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant‘s, etc.

Event Team Servicepersonal ok (mehr oder weniger) Essen ok Umgebung ok - Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer war nie und nimmer 4 Sterne würdig. Eher 2-3 max. Zimmer viel zu klein, in der Dusche konnte man sich kaum umdrehen, ohne den Duschkopf umzuschmeißen oder die Tür aus versehen einzutreten. Schimmelbefall im Bad Terrasse herabgekommen, am Boden konnte man nicht stehen, da sich die Steinchen bereits lösten und ziemlich unangenehm beim Auftreten waren. - keine All inclusive Möglichkeit - hatten Halbpension gebucht und alle Getränke (mit Ausnahme des Frühstücksbuffets) waren kostenpflichtig - nicht einmal Mineralwasser war beim Abendessen inkludiert. Generell hatte ich im gesamten Hotel das Gefühl, dass es - mit Ausnahme des Empfangssaals bzw. der Gastrobereiche - etwas vernachlässigt wird. Vielleicht eine Taktik, um das neuere Schwesternhotel "Olympia Sky" hervorzuheben? Bezeichnend ist, dass beide 4 Sterne haben, doch der Unterschied ist wie hundert zu eins.

Wir waren schon 8 mal in diesem Hotel, Rezeption, die Damen herzlich und zuvorkommend, Speisesaal, sehr liebe nette junge Leute, besonders tüchtig war die junge Dame mit dem Namen Katarina, tolles Mädchen. Die Damen die für Zimmer zuständig sind auch sehr ordentlich und freundlich. Allerdings das Hotel würde eine Renovierung benötigen, die 4 Sterne lassen langsam nach, das Hotel wird aber immer teuerer. Ich fände es Schade wenn man das Hotel runterkommen lassen würde. Sonst top Lage, wir kommen gerne wieder. Ach ja ich habe ein Superior Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht bekommen habe ich ein kleines Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick in dem B Gebäude, hat mich nicht sehr hestört aber auch nicht wirklich ok.
