The front desk clerk was under the influence of some drug. She was very unhelpful and rude. The floor was filthy and the toilet sprayed water everywhere.

We needed a cheap place to spend the night before heading to Thanksgiving Point the next day. Keept up and clean with a friendly staff just like any other place. Other than that it's what you'd expect from a Motel 6.

The staff were rude & sick apparently. The room had no toiletries & we had to call the office for some. The attendant said, “Call back in 5 minutes, I’m helping a customer” and hung up on me. The sink in the bathroom leaked and the room was extremely dirty (unknown stains on the curtains & bed coverings-looked like feces, floor was filthy & obviously not mopped, and it was about 80 degrees when we got there.) There were homeless people in front and back of the hotel and some crazy lady who looked like a meth addict yelling at the attendants when we were checking in. The back entry, where they told us to park, worked about half the time. I would never recommend staying there and I would never stay there again.

The elevator was out of service. When I walked back down to the first floor for ice, the ice maker was also out of service. The overall facility appearance and cleanliness was fine - but the maintenance of the building mechanical systems was sorely lacking. FWIW, I was a facilities maintenance supervisor for a Fortune 100 company for 26 years, and this kind of failure to maintain the building mechanical systems would have been considered an unacceptable failure. These kinds of breakdowns are so easily prevented through simply scheduling preventative maintenance.

When I worked there at motel 6 we was told to clean and sanitize the rooms! Well, the room I had purchase the bathtub was filthy. I mean filthy, but other than that rest was good and I'm sure if I had let. The lady at the front no or the guy they would've had to clean up or move me. That's how good they were in that part. Thank would recommend it for those who are needing a quick rest and open go again. You're not looking for the big expensive hotels.

The hotel was okay but it lacked things that most motels have. No fridge or microwave unless you pay more was kind of a rip off and there was only an ice machine on the first floor. I booked a queen room and was originally put in a full room, but the staff was great and got me into a queen.

Lehi is a fabulous area. So, when I unexpectedly needed to stay, I knew the area was safe. The man at the front desk was courteous & said he would take care of the things I brought to his attention when I told him about the things I noticed during my stay. If you sleep on the freeway side, you will hear traffic all night long. I had earplugs, so I was ok in this area. There was an odd smell as I walked into the floor that had a sweet odor to it that seems like either mold or drugs…perhaps a combo. My eyes stung during my stay. I’m sensitive to bleach and chemicals…so there was that facet as well. I didn’t feel rested the next day. It was an inexpensive place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it. You can tell the housekeepers are trying to make it clean…something just felt incredibly off.

They need to upgrade windows. Freeway right next to property and is super loud if you don’t have ear plugs. I understand a little noise but this was so loud as cars and trucks were right out the window. I looked at window and single Paine which means no noise cancellation at all

The price was fair for what it was. Dirty bed sheets lacking a pillow, and bedspread. The heater did not work that well so the room was cold.
