Room had a wet moldy smell. Carpet was wet between the bathroom wall and bed after showering!
Front desk moved us to another room which was helpful. The new room had food left in the fridge and pillow cases were inside out. Which makes you wonder how attentive the cleaners are.
I also left my phone charger there. I called and let them know exactly where I left it. The receptionist denied I left it behind. And they told me there was nothing they could do about it.
At check in my credit card was used to pay for two rooms plus deposit. I did not receive a receipt for either of those transactions.
At check out I asked for receipt and did get one through Expedia for payment of the two rooms.
No receipt of deposit being returned. I inquired of reversal and was told it was taken care of.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED DEPOSIT BACK. Please refund deposit.
Great stay and excellent front desk help. Very helpful kind and professional. Room was clean and inside pool was perfect. Enjoyed a nice free breakfast.

Zach at check-in went above and beyond after an error (on our part) with booking. When choosing a hotel, we will prioritize staying with them again over the course of our travels. Hotel is as you’d expect with everything clean and updated.

Card key entry system does not work properly. Stayed 2 nights. Card key reader flashed "red" on the morning after check-in after returning from breakfast. I am disabled. Had to walk from my room to lobby and back twice in order to finally gain entry (about 2,000 ft total). Same problem the second day. Upon complaining at check-out the desk clerk said, "Oh yea. Sometimes you have to pull up on the door handle instead of pushing down." You should get an ADA complaint on this one. Also, the water level in your fancy "green" compliant toilets is too high. Toilet bowl water washes your "business" by surprise. Disgusting! You should get a County Health Department complaint about this one.
The room was unsafe! The sofa bed had springs that shocked my kids. The bathroom light was flickering on and off. I asked for a new room. They were sold out, so I asked them to cancel the reservation. I got charged for all 3 days!! Stay anywhere else. So frustrated.
Front desk was super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Our dogs had easy access to outside. Gotta admit it was better than I expected!

Staff was excellent, but a) we booked a king and they only had double beds and b) the wireless is so slow that it is barely useable
We showed up at 1:20am. Their system was down. The clerk said that he would cancel our reservation and we could go see if the Comfort Inn had any rooms. Never booking with them or through Expedia for hotels again.
