Mark was an exceptional host—responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring, making sure we had everything we needed and even surprising us with some special treats upon arrival.The house itself is stunning — very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with a charming island and beach theme. It’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into creating a warm, inviting space. The appliances were all new and well-maintained, and the house was fully stocked with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay—kitchen essentials, cozy linens, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Town was a short walk and the beach a short bike ride away.But the best part – was the house itself. Newly renovated, comfortable furnishings, and appointed with every convenience we could think of. It's beautifully designed with a wonderful, fully equipped kitchen. There were three, yes three bathrooms and two huge spacious bedrooms with comfortable king size beds. The upstairs bedroom had incredible views to the sunset. The downstairs bedroom was huge with a beautiful bay window that lit up the whole room with a magical light from mornings until night. We look forward to renting this house again next year. Can't wait! ##### charles b.
