The balcony was wonderful with a view of the cape cod bay and the pilgrim tower. The house had a few things that weren't perfect, a framed photo fell off the wall and there were things left behind from the previous renter. Issues were with the fact that the unit sadly needs some updating, and some of the furnishings were really worn. Maintenance challenges regarding hot water in the upstairs shower were the issue.
