This studio is ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway or an extended stay in the heart of Provincetown. $250 Administrative fee, $240 cleaning fee (Linens included), plus applicable state and local taxes. BOH-22-903 Cancellation Policy: If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect: In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $250 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant.
