Vacation trip.
Very good location near restaurants, entertainment & city center. Clean rooms, reasonable price. Nice outdoor gas ring of fire for sitting outdoors at night. Nice continental breakfast (the apple cinnamon muffins are GREAT, with apple-pie like pieces inside). Has washer & dryer available but no good lights, so if you must do laundry at night, bring a flashlight. Hallway ceiling light not enough to do laundry in the dark. That is ONLY bad thing I can say about this place. Cleaning staff always working, staff is friendly, front desk attendant very informative & sweet. Place deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Hotel 4 th stay here for Spooky Bear. Enjoyable Walk 15 min to Town. Bus comes right by the hotel. Large rooms. Plenty parking.❤

I can safely say that I will never stay at the Cape Colony inn again. Firstly, the room I stayed in wasn't up to standard, having within it a barely functioning iron and a leaking shower head. Secondly, Steven Sleeper (or whichever manager I spoke to today, was extremely rude and condescending to me when I expressed a lack of understanding for the checkout time. That's the same reason why I didn't even bother complaining about the shower head or the iron because I just figured this would be the response I'd receive. There's a way to correct another person with tact, of which he clearly possesses little of, if not any at all. I would not recommend the Cape Colony inn to anyone.

Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. I am sorry if you felt I was rude to condescending when we spoke at 12 noon on your day of departure. When I called to ask what time you were checking out, I was taken back when you said you were unaware we had a check out time. You mentioned your boat was at 3pm and would not be checking out until then. I was glad to be able to offer you an additional night's stay so you could check out at your leisure.

This was my second stay at the Cape Colony and it was just as good as the first. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, and the layout is different than most hotels/motels in that the bathroom is separate from the sink/vanity and away from the bedroom, which is nice. Very helpful and pleasant staff and a very good value for P'town, even in the off-season.

Great value for a stay in Provincetown. It’s a nice quiet walk to the town center, and in the rain we had no trouble getting a ride share. Staff were accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the included breakfast. We didn’t use the amenities, but the pool looked like a great option in summer and the fire pit could be a fun evening option as well. We look forward to returning in the future!

This motel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable, relaxing, well appointed room at a fair price for services. The entire staff is welcoming and focused on providing its customers with a pleasant stay in Provincetown. What enhanced our stay at this motel was its smoking policy. We will definitely stay at this lovely motel again. THANKS to management and staff for a delightful 5 nights!

Cape Colony Inn was a great find for us. We had never stayed there before and were pleasantly surprised. Good location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and most importantly, good coffee🙂. I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Couldn’t hope for more from a hotel.
The best hotel we have stayed in to date on our east cost trip. Everything we could have needed was catered for, very clean, comfy beds, great bed linen, usb sockets, great continental breakfast, lots of useful info from check - in staff, good recommendation of place to eat in evening, lots of extras round hotel site - garden games, fire pit, bikes and scooters… I could go on.

Check in very slow. We've stayed here before but system could not retrieve/use that information. Email was included with reservation, but required again anyway. Annoying mechanical noises in rm 304: mini frig was better than average but very noisy (I turned it off). A nearby machine (I assume HVAC compressor) would make a penetrating buzzing noises through the night when running. Shower valve hard to work, and plumbed backwards (turn to C for hot, H for cold)

Great stay
Weather was nice. The checkin process was easy. The parking spots are a little narrow. Room was clean. Has a fridge and microwave. I like the setup of the room in that the bathroom is in a separate area behind the bedroom. AC was on when we arrived which was so nice. King bed was comfy. Lots of extra pillows. The pool was busy even when it rained. Nice breakfast. Grounds were well maintained.

Lovely fresh room although bathroom more tired in comparison. Well maintained including pool. Friendly staff. Walkable into town through lovely area. Breakfast better than expected. Good facilities especially safe box. Fridge a little noisy and limited vending options - not much available nearby so would benefit from more provision on site for snacks etc (vending machine wouldnt vend all options). Really enjoyed our stay and P town.

Beautiful property. It was clean. The rooms were small but the space was used well. It was quiet, peaceful, restful. I did not like the breakfast facilities. Carrying hot coffee in a cardboard tray is dangerous. Plastic trays would work better. The selection of food was very limited. I loved the outdoor seating but carrying your food out there, especially for seniors can be a bit or a struggle. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, by the way the price was right. Thank you

This motel never disappoints. Rooms are small but well kept and clean. Walk to town is easy and if you don't want to walk the bus goes by every half hour or so. The Continental breakfast is okay for a quick bite. Pool, although we didn't use it looked nice and area clean.

Great Little Inn
I had an absolute wonderful time staying here the rooms were nice and clean and they give you just about everything you need including a mini refrigerator and a microwave the staff especially Steven was extremely helpful I didn't get a chance to go in the pool because it was raining but it did look nice when I was leaving I will definitely be returning
