Excellent location

"We had wonderful staff check us in and because we were only staying one night, they were helpful with advice of what we should so with our limited time. We were staying during Holy Week and got very lucky when the Procession went by right in front of the hotel and we were able to watch from our balcony. Hotel is very clean and pretty and in an excellent location for walking, eating, shopping and exploring. "

Great location

"We had a nice stay at the property. We were a little disappointed that we were given a room with 2 twin beds, after requesting 1 double bed. The rest of the room was great. Very spacious. The location was fantastic! Easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, sights, etc. Merida is a special place with special, friendly people! We loved our visit. One other small annoyance, parking next door was supposed to be discounted to 10€ a day. We had our ticket stamped, as instructed, but we were charged full price. We left early, so there was no one in reception to talk to."
