Walk past the pool deck and take the stairs down to the sugar-white sands of Long Bay Beach, a breezy crystal-clear paradise perfect for a dip or beach stroll. Relax on the oversized outdoor couch, or jump in the infinity pool to refresh while enjoying the view. Soak in the hot tub with a cocktail at night while taking in the lovely star-filled sky; there’s no star gazing like that of a small island! The open chef’s kitchen leads to a covered grilling terrace, complete with an outdoor table -perfect for dining al fresco. The indoor dining table rivals the best table in any fine restaurant and seats ten comfortably. The two indoor seating areas on the ground floor offer vistas of Long Bay through the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, or you can watch television on the 52-inch flat-screen TV. There will be no fighting over bedrooms in this modern, elegantly furnished villa; each of the five bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and spectacular views of the gem-blue waters of Long Bay. This was our 5th visit and our first staying at Villa Isla. We have rented it again for 2017 - our first repeat villa rental. The villa itself is wonderful; well kept, nicely furnished and well equipped. The house and pool area are fabulous with magnificent ocean views. We loved the oversized infinity pool and hot tub, they got well use when we were not down the beach learning how to kiteboard. The location was off the charts. We had a wonderful breeze and zero bugs and never even turned on a/c for main living spaces ( only bedrooms at night.) It was beat, clean and all appliances worked perfectly. We used the kayaks and SUP and had such fun. I can’t even discribe how spectacular the views were - it filled me with joy every time I walked down the stairs! The pool and hot tub were huge hits! There was quite a bit of seaweed when we went - first week of July- but didn’t bother us in the least. The kids normally just want to stare at their electronics all day, but here they spent almost all of their time in the pool or the ocean on body boards. Villa Isla is elevated so its easy to watch the kids form the pool deck while they play on the beach. Long Bay beach (the beach where Villa Isla is located) is a nice long beach, we ended every day by going for a walk to the end of the beach and back. Most times we were the only people on the beach! We had friends on the island at the same time and had a wonderful dinner, we grilled fish and conch and ate at the dining table which overlooks the beach. One of my favorite things about this villa is every bedroom is beachfront and has an amazing view, its like you are in heaven. Absolutely unbelievable. Our family of 5 plus two friends stayed at Villa Isla for a week. It was the perfect vacation from start to finish. As soon as you walk up the stairs and into the villa the views are better than any postcard. The owners made perfect use of the space and take advantage of the views in every room. The pool was perfect as was the hot tub in the evenings. The beach was a few step walk down stairs and the ocean was shallow and calm for the kids the entire time. While it was quite hot during our stay at no time did we ever even need the air conditioning. There was a constant breeze which made it very comfortable all day and night. The indoor and outdoor furniture was very high quality and there were numerous places for the entire group to relax and enjoy the setting. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook whether it was a quick grill or a more involved dinner. The service we received from the property manager was also perfect. They were attentive and wanted to make sure we had a great time. It was a perfect vacation and Villa Isla could not have been a better spot for our family! Breathtaking views from every room, and steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches! We had two families (group of 7, including two toddlers) and there was more than enough space, and it great for the little ones. The view from the house is amazing, and the beautiful home is the icing on the cake. The furniture and decor everywhere (indoors, outdoors, bedrooms, etc) is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen and outdoor grilling had everything we could have asked for. The floor-to-ceiling windows/doors on the first level provided a nice, cooling breeze. The beach has the softest, powdery sand and the water was so warm and crystal clear. You get the best of both worlds in the gorgeous infinity pool, amazing view of the beach, while relaxing in a raft. There were many sand and pool toys, which was perfect for our little ones. Faye was so incredibly helpful! She answered all of our questions and showed us everything we needed to know on the map. We will definitely be back to Villa Isla! ##### Kristen T. The house provided us EVERYTHING we could have hoped for during our stay. The setting is gorgeous when you pull in the driveway and even better when you walk through the front doors. The open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows that open like an accordion provide for inside/outside living. The pool area is family friendly and the ocean is pure sand. Besides the windy days making the ocean a little rough for children swimming or SUPs, the water was still warm and we enjoyed many hours of our stay at the home. The bedrooms and living areas are awesome. The kitchen was more than sufficiently stocked. There were tons of kids toys for the pool and beach which is so nice.... There was a great supply of sunscreen that has been left over from other guests. The cleaning ladies do a lovely job of prepping the place and keeping leftover things that can really enhance the next guest's stay. We enjoyed the music system and the feeling of having no neighbors! We had one small issue with the alarm system going off in the night (briefly) and Dinesh was on top of that in no time. S. 8 May 2019 #### Wonderful week Villa Isla is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped, with gorgeous views from every room. We especially loved having a deck down at the beach level with chaises, sofa, and hammock -- plus shade! The color of the Caribbean around Provo is so beautiful that we ate all of our meals at the villa, on the outside table on the pool deck, rather than going out to eat. We couldn't believe that any place we'd go would be nicer than the villa. We had 80 F temperatures and strong trade winds during our week in late April and early May. The villa is on the windy side of the island, which we wanted. We never used air conditioning during the day, because you can open up the villa and let the wonderful breezes blow right through. We did use A/C at night, because it was recommend that we lock all doors and windows as a security precaution while sleeping. We enjoyed swimming in the Caribbean every day. The ocean temperature was around 80 F and felt great. There is a sandy bottom, then a conch bed with seaweed which I easily walked over with water shoes, then more sandy bottom. The bottom is quite level, so it doesn't get deep quickly and there is no undertow. The trade winds caused small swells which were fun to bob over. There were no large breaking waves to knock you over. We also enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool every day. It was in the upper 70s, so it felt a bit cool. You can pay to have it heated, but we didn't do that. The only negative issue that we encountered were some noisy neighbors in the house next door. We complained to our villa manager, who said she spoke to their villa manager. After that, they were quieter and no longer annoyed us. ##### A. G. S. This is our second time renting a house on T&C, and we will definitely rent this house again. It is a connected home, so music throughout which was fantastic - just bring your phone or ipod for music. The pool table and ice machine was an added bonus with all the water toys. We loved using the kayaks and paddleboard daily. It was nice to have a house with 5 king beds as we had 10 people stay. We only used AC in our rooms at night and never went over the additional charge. The 2 beer/soda fridges outside was also incredibly convenient! This house will not disappoint! My only recommendation for you is to bring bug spray (there are a few but their bite stings!) and benedryl anti itch cream! I didn't think we would use the hot tub, but we did everyday. A couple of us started to kayak out to the ghost ship - we were close, but it was a long haul! It was less than 4 feet deep the entire time, which makes sense when you look at the beautiful water. We had a full moon when there, which was breathtaking at night! Literally, we had to 'stretch' to find something to improve from this house...it is just amazing. For the smart/savvy packers - we packed things to make the grocery shopping cheaper - i.e. flatbread rounds, pb, jelly, tuna, mayo, olive oil, baggies, salt and pepper, tin foil, booze, ketchup, mustard, bagels, etc. If you have a group and know you will be eating in - it's a smart thing to do so you have a list. People do leave things which is nice (as we did too) but just to prepare. This house is very close the the IGA Gateway grocery store and close to Grace Bay and the shops/restaurants/beaches - but felt like it was calmer. It is also more secluded, not so busy on the beach - we only saw a hand-full of people all week on the beach. They also had shampoo conditioner in every bathroom with other things which was a nice touch. You will not be disappointed with this house! Just breath taking! ##### Gina G. Amazing Villa that seemed more like our own private resort! We were greeted at the Villa when we arrived with welcome drinks and given a tour of the property. The views are stunning, and the Villa layout perfect and extremely well thought out! The pool is very large with shallow areas for our 23-month-old grandson. They even had great water and beach toys. The beach had a fantastic seating area for lounging as well as a hammock. They also had paddleboards and kayaks and life jackets for us to use. The Villa provided all the paper essentials, bottle and cooler water, coolers, and even various spices. TC Villas service was amazing and very attentive to anything we might need. We have been to Turks and Caicos many times and stayed at VRBO's in many other locations. But our whole family couldn't get over how amazing this property is!!! Four other couples joined my wife and me to celebrate my 40th birthday, and this house was amazing. Quiet. Peaceful. Amazing views. Great layout with 5 king beds all with en-suites and all facing the ocean. I think everybody left thinking they had the best room! We had plans to go out to try a few local restaurants while we were in town, but the house was so amazing that we only ate two meals outside the house: the first one was when we first arrived before the house was ready for us (we flew in very early) and the other meal was on an excursion with Caicos Dream Tours which I would also highly recommend doing a full day private charter with this group. We dove for conch, sand dollars, starfish, snorkeled, visited iguana island, did a little tubing, drank some beer and rum punch as well as had a great lunch on a private beach. We also did a half day private charter with Big Blue Collective which I would not recommend - rude with some misleading information. The only hiccup we had involving the house was with the private security team assigned to our neighborhood. We notified management, and they came over immediately to resolve the issue and showed up the following day with a small gift basket for our troubles. Also, the morning of our last stay, Faye asked us if there was anything that they could change; someone from our group made the comment that the knives in the kitchen were dull. Three hours later, we were heading to the airport and Faye was back with a brand new butcher block of knives at the house. We will definitely be back! ##### Josh P.
