Good for the price

Location: 10 minutes from Providence
The hotel was good for the price but our bathroom was in desperate need of updating, as did much of the hotel.

I love this hotel especially for the indoor pool.

Cons: I would like to see the pool a tad bit warmer because sometimes it's a bit to cold for me to get in. But I do love this hotel.
Location: It's located right next to the airport.
I love the indoor pool and light snacks at dinner time on the members floor.

Disappointing once again

Ants in my room. Electrical outlets burnt out or just not working at all. Light bulbs out in multiple lamps. Fire alarm going off multiple times. Stayed her last year as well. Thought this could not happen again but once again not staffed properly at restaurant/bar for the amount of people staying. Computer systems down and told need to pay cash at the restuarant and bar and that we could not put on our room.. (this was resloved but still not convenient).

Lovely staff. Smelly room with paper thin walls

We heard everything in both rooms on either side of us. There was a smell of cheap cleaning fluid in the room. The free coffee was terrible. But free! The staff, however, were warm and helpful.

Rooms need updating

Pros: Staff. Cleanliness.
Cons: Sheraton needs to refresh this entire property.
The one bright spot at this hotel is their staff. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic and they are an asset to the company. The room, however, was a disappointment. My room smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke even though the property has been smoke free for some time. The lamp on the desk was missing the on/off switch, the electrical outlets were old and plugs didn't stay in, there were areas of missing paint and the smoke detector was missing entirely. When I spoke with the front desk personnel they were very accommodating though. I really can't say enough things about them.

Sweet weekend

My family spent last weekend in Sheraton. The hotel is cosy, the fitness center plus pool are excellent, the staff is polite and professional. The only thing I disliked about the room was the conditioner: too loud.

Wasn't as clean as expected tub had ring from bath taken n floor never cleaned during my stay wash cloths had to ask for twice

Could have been more accommodating as far as cleanliness. Not vaccumed towels not replenished had to ask for them bathroom not cleaned everyday just wiped down (ring in tub from bath) bathroom floor never washed my entire 5day stay here chairs full of dust in the actual upholstery never cleaned coffe not refilled nor sugar left decaf coffee bags not regular

Nice hotel close to the AirPort and shopping mall.

The room was comfortable and the kids has fun in the pool. The enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and afternoon Snacks. Great experience overall.
