Cleaning staff

The room was great but the mattress was not comfortable. The cleaning lady very slow. I left the room at approximately 11am and returned at 5pm and the room was still not clean. Had to ask for clean towels. That's my only gripe.

Staff courteous shuttle prompt! Would stay there again if flying out of Providence.

Easy access to airport.

Stayed for access to airport. Newer hotels nearby. This hotel needs updating . Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would not be first choice next time

Hated it regret booking

The first room was so disgusting had to call for a new room the second rm was much better the sleep was horrible club room barely had any snacks n a bunch of drinks breakfast only served eggs n toast n pastry i rather had stayed home .. Waste of money

Good for the price

Location: 10 minutes from Providence
The hotel was good for the price but our bathroom was in desperate need of updating, as did much of the hotel.

I love this hotel especially for the indoor pool.

Cons: I would like to see the pool a tad bit warmer because sometimes it's a bit to cold for me to get in. But I do love this hotel.
Location: It's located right next to the airport.
I love the indoor pool and light snacks at dinner time on the members floor.

Disappointing once again

Ants in my room. Electrical outlets burnt out or just not working at all. Light bulbs out in multiple lamps. Fire alarm going off multiple times. Stayed her last year as well. Thought this could not happen again but once again not staffed properly at restaurant/bar for the amount of people staying. Computer systems down and told need to pay cash at the restuarant and bar and that we could not put on our room.. (this was resloved but still not convenient).

Lovely staff. Smelly room with paper thin walls

We heard everything in both rooms on either side of us. There was a smell of cheap cleaning fluid in the room. The free coffee was terrible. But free! The staff, however, were warm and helpful.
