Near airport

Was in older section bed either had crumbs or some itchy stuff had to get up and clean bed off at 2 room 434 should not be resented u til fumigated

Stuck in the Middle!

We chose this hotel based on it's proximity to the Providence Airport and, frankly, because we assumed a Sheraton would be a nice accommodation. Boy, we're we WRONG! Yes, it was close to the airport, but the place was in TERRIBLE condition. The hallways were filthy, plates and silverware were left out by rooms and never picked up by housekeeping, the smell/stench of paint was everywhere, and our room (while clean), was obviously unfinished. There were spots in the bathroom that needed to be caulked, we had four lamps in our room--three of which did NOT work--and painters' tape was still noticable in the doorways. We were told by another patron that part of this was due to a merger or buyout of the Sheraton chain by Marriott. Whatever. IMO: WHOEVER owns that particular Sheraton should learn how to vacuum and how to pickup dirt plates in the hallway. It's not difficult.

My friend and I actually ended up here after our previous hotel couldn't let us stay. Kyle, the front desk manager, was literally superman. He made sure that we were all settled and even hooked us up a bit after what was definitely a long and stressful time at the previous hotel. He was extremely understanding of our situation and it was honestly the highlight of my stay, seeing his understanding and compassion. I definitely plan on staying here again if I'm ever in need of a room in the area.

Stay someplace else

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Beds, TV, sinks and heating.
The friendly staff cannot overcome the conditions of this hotel. My room was ice cold when I arrived. The bed was old and sagging. TV fit for a motel. Bathroom sink did not drain. I no longer trust the Sheraton brand.

Very nice staff but hotels rooms are in bad shape

The staff was very helpful and nice but rooms are falling apart . Food is ok . The carpets are torn and hotel needs a makeover. It's very close to airport and has a shuttle so if you are staying for a day than it is fine.

Do not recommend this Hotel! The stay was very bad and not a nice place.
