Do not waste your money!

Pros: They had a good continental breakfast.
Cons: Customer service, housekeeping, and front desk staff could all be improved.
Location: It is adjacent to the Warwick airport.
They are renovating and changing ownership - couldn't find the hotel as the sign was covered up and new signage was miniscule. The rooms were old. Bathroom door didn't even fit in the opening. The vacuum had not been used on the floor and the bathroom needed a good scrubbing! The only good thing I can say about the room was that the mattresses were new. If I knew the hotel was under reno. I would not have stayed there. Oh, and the non-smoking property reeked of cigarette in the stairwells. The front-desk staff did not want to hear any complaints.

Pros: The staff was pleasant, but not very swift. We used the shuttle service and both shuttle drivers were quick to respond to our request.
Cons: Everything!
Location: Close to airport.....
The room smelled horrible. Not sure if it was old smoke, old musty or just old. The carpet crunched under your feet. Thank goodness we only had to stay one night (layover waiting for flight out in the morning). The furnishings are seriously outdated. They say they are going through a renovation, I sure hope that means a complete gut job of each room.

Pros: See "Your Experience"
Cons: bigger sized soaps and lotions
Location: Near PVBD airport and Bertucci's Italian restaurant and many places to eat, close to shopping center.
Normally I stay at other hotels, motels, inns, but due to immediate need I was able to find this reasonable establishment which is going through management changes as well as remodeling. It is clean, friendly and comfortable. Some rooms had a refrigerator and microwave oven, others did not. I was pleased finding a fitness center on the first floor. Enjoyed the breakfast offerings which had more items than I expected there to be. Was happy they offered a shuttle to the airport. Overall a good experience.

Hotel in pictures appears to be updated, but in reality its not. Our room was old, our sink didn't drain properly, and the air in the hotel felt very dense.

Location: Very close to airport, legal seafood, good distance from Providence and Newport. Shuttle service
The location was good, and so was the breakfast but I felt the bathroom was not clean enough. It had a bad smell.

Staff was so courteous, knowledgable, kind and helpful. They are the best part. But i noticed the corridors and elevator had a funny odor to them, not welcoming.

Pros: close to airport.
Cons: not much
Location: Wasn't really interested in things to do We had an early morning flight.
I was very upset to find out we had to pay to leave our car there while we flew out of Providence. I read on Expedia that parking was free. However, I was told that you had to request park and fly which was not listed on the ad that Expedia had online. It only said free parking, which was basically for one night. I tried to get the hotel and expedia to take care of the problem but no one could. I don't think I'll ever book with Expedia again. If I were talking to a person I would have asked that question when I booked the room.

Not a good place for families

The hotel was outdated and not particularly clean. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything in the room next door. The woman at the front desk told me there was no sense in changing rooms because the walls in all of the rooms are so thin you can hear people breathing. There were no linens on the pull out couch. The curtains wouldn't shut all the way. The guests were loud and rowdy. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to people with children. The staff was very friendly and professional though.
