Everything was very nice and comfortable. I definitely plan to come back again.

In the historical district and near a train station, Hotel Providence is in an area with great shopping. Alex and Ani City Center and India Point Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kennedy Plaza and Waterplace Park. WaterFire Providence and Roger Williams Park Carousel Village are also worth visiting.Visit our Providence travel guide
Terrible stay at this hotel. Only one staff member working to manage all guest check-in's. Restaurant and bar closed for private function, (should have been notified upon check-in), room next door and in hallway had batchelor party going on. Asked to move rooms; told someone would get back to us but never heard back. Only one person managing getting car out of valet. Lobby full of guests trying to leave; waited an hour to retrieve car. No management in sight. Only one staff member trying to do all the work. She should get a raise and a management appointment. Shame on the leaders at this hotel.
