I don't see why they can't leave coffee and tea out until a little later not everybody gets up before 9:30 we had to ask for more toilet paper for our room they tell you you got a full kitchen and a refrigerator and a stove top but they don't give you anything not one plate not one bowl not one spoon not anything if you want it you could go down to the front and ask and I'll put together a package for you just didn't think that was right plus I don't want to let you come in a little earlier or a little later unless you pay and I think when I have to be to a funeral for 4:00 and I'm from Connecticut and they won't let you in the room till 3:00 I think that's unreasonable then medical examiners found

The main amenity that i was looking for when choosing a hotel to stay at for this trip was a morning breakfast...the breakfast here was no more than a basic continental breakfast which is how it should have been stated instead of the play on words "breakfast on the go" that were used...ill never stay there again.

The property stank like cat urine in the rooms/hallways and the outside smelled like sewage which our Uber driver pointed out was because we were feet away from a sewage plant. The lady who worked the front desk was barely professional and unpleasant, after waiting 30 minutes to check in (we arrived early, and waited with no problem). She saw us coming and checked in another party that had just walked through the door before us. She pushed the keys across the desk while never mentioning the room number or that we would need to ask for cups or plates and went on to the next person. You don't have to be happy to be at work but at least do the basics.
