First-rate Accommodations

Posted 18-Oct-2016
Location: Right next door to Warwick's T.F. Green Airport and Metro Link on Post Road (U.S. Route 1) and a short distance from I-95
Conveniently located next to T.F. Green Airport, this is a well operated and updated Comfort Inn. If you need an ovenight's stay close to the airport, this is the place to stay. My room was very clean which is my top priority when choosing lodging. Breakfast is typical for a medium priced motel. I would recommend this Comfort Inn to anyone desiring an airport/Metro Link location.

Not a good experience at all.

Posted 03-Oct-2016
We arrived late (after calling ahead to let the desk know we would need late checkin). Exhausted from our long trip the check in process was confusing as I was told the rate would be different from what I booked through Expedia. The AC in the room did not work, so we opened the window to let some cool air in, however the sounds of the nearby airport came in with it. Tired, we went right to bed with the intention of sorting out the rates in the morning. The next morning we woke up to see the comforter on our bed had several red stains on it (a photo of one attached). I went to the desk to request a new comforter and check on the rates. I was assured that the rate I was being charged was the Expedia rate, and that housekeeping would change out the comforter. For the uncleanliness, the manager offered 10% off the first nights rate. Upon check out I noticed that no discount had been applied, and the rate for the second night was higher than the booked rate. Not a good experience at all, and cannot recommend.

Great location close to airport

Posted 29-Sep-2016
Pros: staff
Cons: place could use some renovating (new paint etc), otherwise, it's fine, it's a no fuss, low rate hotel.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating, very close to the airport, hotel provides shuttle service to and from airport. Hotel itself is clean, nothing fancy, free wifi- what more can you ask for when you need a place to stay for a very affordable rate.

Price was right

Posted 20-Sep-2016
Pros: Price
Cons: New carpet and bathroom make over. Sorry I didn't take pictures!
Location: Near airport
Carpet was badly stained, bathroom needed some repairs and the room was stuffy smelling. The room was otherwise clean and functional. Check-in was easy and check-out too. Check-out clerk seemed unhappy to be working there.

For the most part the room was good.

For the most part the room was good. The bathroom toilet was disgusting and the bathtub was leaking water. The drain for the tub also did not work.

Nice hotel for stay close to airport

Posted 13-Sep-2016
Pros: Staff, housekeeping, breakfast and very quiet.
Cons: Have the bar opened more hours and serve some hot snacks will increase the amount of time one can stay.
Location: Bertucci restaurant is close, Wendy and others. Easy access to I-95 (5 min)
We checked in earlier and our room was ready. Hotel front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable. The housekeeping maids are doing an awesome job when they clean and do the beds. One of the best I ever saw.....And I travel a lot! The hotel is a little outdated but is understandable because of how close it is from the airport....Hotel is full most of the time.

Needs updating.

Posted 12-Sep-2016
Pros: Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.
Cons: Renovation of bathroom(tub/shower) and updating hotel would help.
Could not check-in due to system failure when we arrived. Had to wait for reboot(roughly 15-20 min). Staff courteous, but for some reason only 1 of the 3 staff members at the counter was finally checking-in guests. Another check-in terminal appeared to be available. Room was comfortable but the box spring had some major stains on it. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Good for a one night stay. Not sure I would want to stay more than that.

The only clean place was the lobby

Posted 04-Sep-2016
Cons: Cleanliness overall.
The halls going to the room on the second floor had an odor, not the fresh, clean odor you assume you'll find in a quality hotel.

Hotel not worth the $$

Posted 30-Aug-2016
Hotel stairwell smelled like urine; door proped open at night. Carpet in room heavily stained and bathroom floor was dirty. Room right across from heavily used elevator. Room walls were such that we could hear our neighbors talking. Hotel staff not very friendly, barely looked at us when we checked out and didn't ask about our stay.
