Eventhou this hotel was in a remodelation process (that surprised me) it was, overall, a very nice experience. For sure, I will recommend it

In Process of Being Renovated.

If you don't mind having no room service and the entire hotel being under construction, then this is the hotel for you in the Warwick area.

Storm. Construction. Great Night.

Of course company is key, but environment is important too. We were stranded at TF Green airport due to a Nor‘easter. Wemade short notice reservations at the (2 star) Rodeway Inn, as no 3 or 4 star hotels all the way to Providence were sold out. We arrived; no Porte cochere, no lobby, just a long line of guests waiting in the first floor corridor to check in at the make shift reception. 45 min later we open the door to our room, expecting a continuation of the misery of the day. What a surprise when we turned the light on: a beautifully renovated room, fully stocked with everything we would get in a 4 star hotel. Very comfortable bed, pillows, duvet. 5’ shower with great water pressure and modern glass doors. We had a great night of sleep and after a short walk to the terminal the next morning, we were off. If the room is any indicator, the hotel will be top notch when the renovation is complete.

The night we rent was a nightmare. Every flights was cancelled and one hotel near this one had floaded... so there was a lot of people was looking for a room. We get 2 rooms by the net. Perla , the receptionnist was very calm et serv us politly.

Heavy renovations

Pros: new rooms
Cons: communication to customers that you wont get food, drinks, breakfast, coffee, computer access as in the past
Location: we have used this hotel in the past when it was a comfort inn for access to T.F. green airport
No restaurant, no bar, no breakfast, no elevator, no coffee (other than in room watery stuff) and worst of all no heads up when we made our reservations other than no park and fly due to renovations. The upside was fresh remodeled room, very nice shower comfortable bed

VERY HAPPY! Room was wonderful! Will stay again!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the hotel. Even though it is under renovation, and we drove by it the first time because it is a little off the road (we got there very late and it was dark) - the staff was VERY pleasant and professional when we checked in. We got a renovated room on the 3rd floor and OMG!!! it was one of the nicest rooms that we’ve stayed in,?especially for that price!!!! Can’t beat it!!! Beautiful, contemporary and clean bathroom! Nice and big flat screen tv! New carpeting! The bed....let me tell you about the bed...if we could have taken the bed home, we would have. My husband, son (5 yr old) and myself had such a comfortable night sleep. The staff, it was the same lady when we checked in late the night before and checked out the next morning - I wish I got her name - because she was so friendly and helpful with our questions about the area. When we come back to Rhode Island to visit our son at RISD this is the hotel that we are going to stay at from now on. There are quite a few restaurants within 5 minutes driving distance. Of course you can’t get away from Walmart as there’s one also a few miles down the road. Overall, we were VERY HAPPY with our stay and glad we stumbled across this hotel on Expedia.

Right beside tf green airport

Hotel is in the process of major renovations...we would have never found it without our GPS- no signs to identify it...room was clean and comfortable- no issues there. If you need something in a pinch, it’s fine, but I wouldn’t want to stay there with a family and/or for any length of time until construction is completed.

Wouldn’t recommend at the moment but when done will be nice. Hotel front desk less than friendly. Could at least smile. Did not look pleased.

Everything was great only downside is when we was on the elevator it didn’t more from our level so we had to take the stairs down goud exercise

NOT GOOD!

Loud drilling beginning at 7:30am and no more breakfast buffet. Would have made a different choice had I known this info. Room rate should reflect these factors.
