The girl at the front desk was very helpful( Dominica La Barr) and she was making sure our stay was happy! she was very friendly i would love to go back again and thee ladies in the kitchen was wonderful and room service is amazing!

picked this hotel because it said pet friendly, went out of my way to get there and it was an extra $75 for a pet. had i know, i would have picked somewhere else.

The tv in the living room did not work I went to the lobby and spoke with someone who stated that they have known about the tv for weeks. I prepaid for this room and I expect some kind of refund!

I didn't like the fact that my room was on the ground floor when I ask for upper floor. The entry key did not work! My AC in the room did not work. My room was very warm with no AC!

I loved this place and will definitely look for this hotel for future stays. The room was great, with living room area and kitchen. There were dishes, utensils and cooking pans with microwave, stovetop, dishwasher and everything you need to be comfortable. There's included breakfast, laundry machines, and fitness center. I wish my stay was longer. There is a nice backyard area of the hotel and outdoor pool area. Christian at the front desk was very helpful and patient with us and just overall really great place. I hope to stay there again.

A big disappointment 😞
Very disappointed with this place. When we entered noone was at the counter we had to wait for her to show up. Our room wasn't cleaned very well. Upon entering you could tell the floors needed cleaning, the bathroom also looked like it was wiped down with a dirty rag. The toilet seat was not secure. We were in room 201. The kitchen sink had food debris still in it. There is very limited parking space in the front, if you park on the sides the key doesn't work so you have to park in the back just to enter into the hotel, the clerk said they are waiting on parts. I didn't buy that, both sides don't work? Really? The hotel is designed really weird, so if you enter into one side of the hotel, you have to walk far to get to your room, seems like there's only one elevator.

Pleasant experience! The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend having the breakfast constantly replenished. Guest arrived at different times for breakfast and some items weren't replenished in a timely manner.

When I came to check in the desk person said my reservation was canceled because the manager canceled it? I asked why and said because you didn’t answer your phone….. I did not get any phone calls from them and they did find a room for us but the tv didn’t work in the main sitting area, iron didn’t work and you couldn’t get in any of the doors other than the front door ….. the room was a handicapped room sir the shower was bit of an inconvenience being so short…. Never had an experience like this before…. Would probably not go back …. Manager didn’t seem very honest….

Excellent hotel in all categories. The staff was awesome and they provide breakfast, a plus. My only negative is that we booked a room for four travelers and were given a queen bed and sleeper sofa instead of two beds. The place was packed by the time we arrived so it’s possible that’s all they had.

3 day getaway bliss…
The front desk host when checking in was kind and informative. The stay overall was pleasant, a room for 6 guest at an affordable rate is hard to come by. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again on our next getaway when in the area. Check out was a breeze as well. Camellia was great.

This is what we needed to make this an affordable family trip. We wanted something economical, with a pool, gym, grilling area and breakfast included that was close to Six Flags. The pool was out of service, but honestly we were so busy it wasn't a big deal. We made use of the outdoor grill and area 2/3 nights. Ate the breakfast every morning and made the small gym work. Any issues we had (AC didn't work) were corrected, they moved us to a new room. family trip
