The building, the lobby and the bar / restaurant area are all architecturally quite beautiful and are all nestled in a very pleasant wooded area. However, the room itself was not as unique and dramatic as the lobby, although it was perfectly nice.

No microwave in rooms. $16.00 charge for WIFI. Crumbs and food all over the hallway carpets, peeling wallpaper, rooms are not sound proof. Mattresses are very old and sunk in. Zero complimentary services. No free continental breakfast like cheaper hotels. Not even coffee. $5 fee to order from the Hotels own restaurant to the room. Restaurant food overpriced. Parking can be a 1/4 mile walk. The grounds and the enclosed pool are very nice. The staff is very nice and professional.
