Most of the staff was lovely. We didn’t like that the breakfast was available for a surcharge of $12 which is pretty steep for the quality. There were bottles of water in the room with $2 price tags which also gave off a cheap/tacky vibe.
Our biggest complaint, however, is how thin the walls are. We stayed 2 nights, and asked to switch rooms after night 1, because we could hear the guests in the room next to us having sex multiple times, waking us up. Thankfully, the staff was accommodating and moved us to a different room. We could still hear the guests next to us talking pretty clearly - you would think they were in our room.
