The hotel itself is better than average and a good value but the breakfast was a total ripoff. For $10 per person prepaid, we had a choice of either a small regular Starbucks coffee or a small decaf Starbucks coffee. Anything else would have been extra. Included was either a premade breakfast sandwich with pork or oatmeal. Anything else would have been extra. And a very basic Starbucks menu was all the choice you had. No egg bites, nothing vegetarian other than oatmeal, nothing gluten free other than oatmeal. My husband was able to get a toasted bagel and I ate oatmeal. If I hadn’t prepaid for it, we would have eaten breakfast anywhere else.

I checked out just after midnight on Friday, 3/8, after police had to be called when I was harassed and surrounded by a gang of young men who attempted to force entry into my room -- and who were also guests at the hotel.

The hotel.lobbybisbvery nice. The front desk lady was very sweet. When i walked in the room appeared very neat and clean. Within 5 mins of putting my bag down i had to kill a roach. Im hoping inwont see anymore throughout my stay. Ive been trying all the hotel in the area and this is the first time i seen one. Im certain i wont book again.

I can’t wait to come back
The front desk was very nice and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and well designed. Love that half moon sofa bed. So cool and comfortable. The bed was very comfy as well. Security Deposit fee is very reasonable. And parking was free as advertised. The only hiccup was one ice machine was down, and the other was acting up. Compared to how much I enjoyed my stay it means nothing. When I needed new towels they didn’t hesitate. Just good hospitality. Great job, and that’s to the entire staff. You’re awesome :)

The rooms did not get cleaned during our stay. The hotel doesn't provide enough water bottles if you plan to stay for a couple of days. The good part is there is a Walmart nearby where you get everything. The hotel doesn't provide complementary breakfast.

Toilet seat wasnt cleaned for while. It felt as though it had a film of dried up hairspray. Tub was dingy, unclean. No tv menu, restaurants or things to do listings. Pool out of service.. Comfortable beds

Loud sirens @ 4:00am terrible wake up.
There was a loud siren in the hallway and or next door in room 309 that kept going off waking us up from 4am in the morning until 7am so we finally became overwhelmed and left the premises at 7:15am this was unacceptable!!!

Dirty comforter which they could only replace with a scratchy low quality blanket. Extremely noisy neighbors, asked front desk at 11:30pm AND 1:30am to do something about… but because when the “house person” walked down for 2 seconds and the neighbors weren’t making noise… there was nothing they could do! We paid extra during reservations to have a hot breakfast for 2. Well that person called out so there were frozen bagels and so so coffee. At check out, I asked what could be done to make our experience right… “nothing” “you booked through Expedia so there’s nothing we can do.” I do not recommend this hotel! I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel others need to know what might happen to you.

Nice hotel with good services
I stayed for a night with my family. The room provided initially was looking good except I found something that looked like a bark from tree next to the air conditioner. After I reported about that, they provided another room immediately. Staff were polite and responsive during the stay. Except for that one issue with the room, everything was pretty good. There are ample parking space available outside and was convenient to locate the hotel.

So I prepaid for my room the day before and they accused me of not paying. even though my bank statements show that I did. Anyway the staff kept walking in my room the whole day not even knocking. And whoever called from the front desk hung up on me. This was the oddest stay I ever had. And I come here a lot.

Horrible stay
So I’m still not sure what happened. But I’ve never been more harassed in this hotel than I was this time. I prepaid for my room and I guess they didn’t realize and tried to make me pay twice. Also so many people kept walking in to my room I felt uncomfortable. Also the front desk person hung up on me. While I was trying to explain the situation. Just horrible.
