I am sorry for the confusion regarding how food is served at the CBar. It is prepared in our main kitchen, which is upstairs adjacent to the dining room, so staff do transport it to the CBar as soon as it is prepared. I am also sorry that the distance of the handicapped parking made your stay difficult. If you decide to give us an opportunity to serve you in the future; ask the front desk and we will arrange luggage assistance or anything else that will make your stay more relaxing.

I very much apologize that you felt disregarded during your stay. Even if the Bar is closed; I can contact kitchen staff and if at all possible they will prepare a meal for anyone who requests it. It is true that depending on the size of a wedding group and sometime staff callouts we are forced to delay the opening of C Bar on the evening of a wedding. We only do this when we have no other choice and as stated earlier; The front desk can contact kitchen staff and have food prepared if an in house guest chooses to order food. There are times when kitchen staff are all involved in transporting food to the reception so it may take a bit longer for a food order. I apologize for the inconvenience, but it is very likely that any Saturday and sometimes Friday or Sunday between May and the end of October we will be hosting a wedding which includes a reception with music until no later than 10PM on Friday and Saturday and 9PM on Sunday per local ordinance. Good Evening Denise,As discussed during your stay the pool can be used during swim lessons by in house guests. There are usually only 1 to 2 children being taught at a time and if needed the instructor will be asked to keep them in one section of the pool. If we have a group in house that requests to use the pool we can cancel the swim school if necessary. I again apologize that you were not pleased with your stay.
