The Harbour House is a lovely B and B. We had a kitchen suite on the first floor, it was clean and spacious and easy to access. The house is quiet and beautiful, with different spaces to hang out and relax both indoors and out. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices and fresh delicous food. The location is great, we drove there but like to walk most of the time while on holidays. There is free parking, and the location is an easy walk from downtown.

The owners are very accommodating and a very unique property Breakfast was excellent and the restaurants and downtown core only a few minutes walk. Highly recommend if you want a truly historic stay in Charlottetown PEI

I've checked out most of the hotels and boutiques in the area and Harbour Inn remains my favourite. Its rates are reasonable, walkable to downtown, and the rooms (with kitchenettes, some with balconies) are comfortable, quiet, and clean. Kitchenettes are equipped with a countertop stove, microwave, kettle, and Keurig. Also plates, utensils, pots and pans. No paper towels though. I also only had one spoon for some reason, but no biggie. If you're out of coffee, you can help yourself to more K-Pods from the coffee/tea stations on the first and third floors. Soundproofing could be better. I could hear guests in the adjacent room talking and closing drawers. Not loud enough to understand or be bothersome in any way, but audible enough to notice in an otherwise quiet building. And then there's breakfast... that alone makes staying here worth it for me. There's the standard fare (coffee, bread, cereal, etc.) but Harbour House will go on to offer you fresh fruit and an egg dish made to order, served to your table. The hot menu is limited, but the freshness and taste is on point. Breakfast is included with the room so you can have an eggs benny with your coffee every day if you want. Vegan and gluten-free options also available. All members of staff have consistently been friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to ensure a pleasant stay.

The service was amazing - manager and support staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly to my senior parents who needed assistance. The hot breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and beds super comfortable. Our best stay in Charlottetown yet!

We were there 3 days. For the last 2 days, there was a hockey team 13-14 years old. Both days very noisy until midnight and hotel staff did nothing. Also they did not ask us if we liked our stay when we left!!! The breakfast is awsome and location not too bad, but would not return ever there.

A wonderful stay in a great location
We were delighted with this inn! They have thought of everything and make their guests feel so comfortable. Out room had a lovely kitchen and sitting area and there are little reading nooks and lounge areas throughout the inn. We had to leave before breakfast time but the manager kindly seated us and whipped up omelettes for us so we had a delicious full breakfast included with our stay. We would definitely return to this inn for its location alone.

First time staying here in downtown Charlottetown. What a great place to be. The breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Now that we have found this, we will definitely stay here again when we visit Charlottetown.

The property was a century home converted. Beautiful accommodations and rooms in a quiet part of town. Lots of sitting areas and after hour beverages. The owners are amazing. They cook your breakfast and have wonderful meals. Amazing service and located a block from the downtown.

A wonderfully quaint little Inn in the heart of Charlottetown. Breafast was amazing, a menu to select from as well as fresh fruit offered as we were seated. Shout out to Cora as she immediatley made us feel welcome and comfortable!

The Harbour House is an excellent place to stay in Charlottetown! It is located in a quiet residential area that is within walking distance of restaurants in Victoria Row and shopping and restaurants on Queen St. it was also close to Founders Food Hall and Market where we met for our bus tour of P.E.I. and Anne of Green Gables. It was very close to Victoria Park which was a great place to jog along the waterway. The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. Coffee and tea were available all day and the room had a mini refrigerator, microwave, hot plate and dishes. The breakfast was very good and included cereals, muffins, and also hot items which could be ordered from the kitchen (omelet, eggs, potatoes, etc). The house is beautiful and had a sunroom and other common areas to relax and enjoy. The beds were very comfortable! It was so nice to stay here, in a quiet area, away from the business district. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone wanting to explore Charlottetown and P.E.I.

My good friend and I were looking for affordable accommodations for PEI race weekend - and Harbour House rose to the occasion. The staff were friendly and helpful, the accommodations were clean, spacious, and convenient, the location was within walking distance to the race venue, shopping, and restaurants, and the breakfast (included in the price) was exquisite. Much more affordable, accessible, and suitable for our needs, I’ll be happy to stay there again - and I’ll be sure to bring my husband the next time!

We had a great stay. The harbor house is conveniently located to the downtown and waterfront areas. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch. Our room was somewhat outdated but it wouldn't prevent us from staying again if we were in the area.

We stayed at 4 different places in PEI and this was our favorite. the room was wonderful with a tiny kitchenette. We stayed in the Rose room on the second floor that looks on to the street out front. there was a patio/ terrace across the hall that we could sit outside on and enjoy the weather. Breakfast was small but elegant with a bowl for fresh fruit to start and included in the price. We had stayed two doors down earlier that week at another establishment and were somewhat disappointed. This is the one you want!!! only downfall I would say is the water pressure could be higher...that's it. I tried to use the jetted tub but it didn't work well and was very noisy.
