over priced for the room

if you are looking for a sub 100 dollar a night hotel room but want to pay well over 100 dollars this place fits the bill. it starts with a parking lot filled with potholes, the room key always needed three tries to get into the room, if you don't actually push on the door to close and push hard the door is probably still unlatched, the mattresses on the beds have to be atleast 20 years old and uncomfortable, cracked light switch plates, if you don't mind using multiple remotes to turn the TV on and off and flick through the channels, furniture that is old and all marked up from scruffy from things hitting it, unplugging room stuff to plug in things like laptops and phone chargers, looking out your room window and seeing all kinds of compressors and other equipment from the hotel right outside window, and slow Internet where watching netflix and spending more time watching the buffering circle, because multiple remotes is just plain dumb in an expensive hotel. then this is your place to stay. I for one will not be ever staying here unless they drop their nightly rates to 79-89 dollars a night. but just to be fair any staff I encountered while staying here were super friendly and very helpful.

OK hotel close to credit union place.

Upon check in hotel indicated we would have gotten a better price if we hadn't booked through Expedia. Room on first floor smelled of cigarette smoke so we moved to another room. The TV didn't work Had dinner in the restaurant. The food was very good as was the service.

Pros: Very comfortable stay
Cons: The tiles in the tub area could definitely be improved. Some grout stained or missing.
Overall, we had a positive experience in this hotel.

Pros: Cleanliness and helpful staff in particular
Cons: Rooms were clean and very comfortable but it is obvious the hotel has been around a while. A good coat of paint would work wonders.
Location: Beautiful Boardwalk for strolling, a few good restaurants within walking distance, although the hotel dining room is excellent. Funky shops to explor
We had a wonderful time in Summerside and the Loyalist hotel added to a great experience. Staff was helpful, especially the gals in the restaurant, food was excellent, room was clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers.

Lovely hotel with Sea View

We were there on business but enjoyed the quiet and sea air. Friendly staff and good breakfasts. Lovely classical English furniture and decore. Beautiful location with sea views.

Pictures of rooms are very deceiving.

Pros: Food and service was good in restaurant
Location: Brothers 2 theatre
We paid almost 100$ more for a larger room with amenities. Essentially what we got was the same room as a standard except we got a coffee maker we were told. The coffee maker made two cups of coffee because we only had one bag. No fridge. No view.
