We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast room was a bit small and they serve waffles, scrambled &boiled eggs, sausages, fried potato, muffins, bread, yogurt and cereal. They have a complimentary juice, coffee and tea. The receptionist was accommodating. I put a do not disturb sign on our front door and the cleaner was so kind to leave a note apologizing they missed cleaning our room. We've been travelling all over the world and this is the first time we received this kind of note, so sweet and lovely. Highly recommended.

After damage from Hurricane Fiona, this hotel has been completely renovated externally and a lot of interior renewal. Staff were friendly and helpful. When we had to cut our stay short by a day due to another approaching tropical storm, the staff worked with Expedia to approve a refund even though they didn’t have to. I was very impressed that they did that. I would recommend this hotel and it was also reasonably priced when every other hotel in Charlottetown was charging extortionate rates.

Overall, this is a superb hotel. Before arriving, I got a call from the hotel staff as they identified a mistake I made when booking. They corrected the error while on the phone with me and provided excellent knowledge. Checking in was quick and very easy, it was about 2 minutes at the front desk checking in. We had first-floor rooms so we had parking right at the room and could easily bring in the luggage using the sliding door. The rooms were renovated and cleaned. The black light didn't reveal any surprises to us and dust levels were low. The lighting was sufficient and plenty of USB and 120v outlets for quick charging. The only complaint I have is there was no capability to control the AC or temp in the room. The AC is loud and very good at getting the room cold. We couldn't find any control device in the room to manage the temp ourselves. The breakfast was pretty standard. Nothing super special but some basic hot staples such as eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon and waffles. Cold options were available as well such as muffins, granola bars and cereal. The seating area is small and one dozen people can make it feel enclosing. Given my PTSD issues, I just went back to the room and ate there in peace. The housekeeping staff were great and did little things very nicely. My son sleeps with a stuffed animal so the housekeeping staff would also put the stuffed animal with the pillows and one even gave the animal a little treat, this made my son smile. Overall, great stay

Room we stayed in was not cleaned. Pet hair everywhere and not from our pet. Floor was very dirty as well, probably hadn’t been mopped in ages. I realize they may be short staffed but put some cleaning supplies there and I would have no problem cleaning up. We did get to check in early however but I’m not sure why they are charging $25 plus tax for having a pet in the room if you’re not going to clean up after. A broom, dust pan and mop would have been great to tidy up after the pets. Check in was fairly easy and staff were friendly and helpful.

There is not much of a view on the north side. Suggest installing a higher fence to block the junkyard view. Cleaning staff should be required to at least use deodorant. Kids were screaming, running, jumping around the halls and in the room above which made a nap impossible. Suggest enforcing noise policy.

I liked that the place was very nice and clean and quiet and safe. Staff was so nice. Breakfast was very yummy. Beds were comfortable. The one thing that I didn't like was that there was no elevator up to the second floor. While that was not really a problem for me, I had to take my time to get up there. That probably could be a problem for somebody who really has a severe disability. So if you have a disability where you can't walk stairs, request a first floor room.

When we first checked in the room we were given was dirty (hair in the bathroom on the floor, dirty pillow, etc.)Although they did give us another room in place of that one it was not the best first impression. Beds were fine (you were able to sleep in them) Breakfast=lack luster, friendliness of staff was fine. I wouldn't stay here again though, just not an overly great experience.

We chose the Comfort Inn because we had stayed in several on our trip out east. The Inn is clean, and the staff was very pleasant. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired! Only eggs on a Monday morning, and no yogurt. Most items where not replaced when the container was empty. The employee in charge of the dining area was very rushed as she was the only one working in that area.

The staff at the hotel are nice enough. Check in/out were easy and efficient. The breakfast was good, but it can be very crowded over weekends. It located in an area close to grocery shopping and easy access to highways. You need to drive to downtown core for dining or entertainment. They were working on the side road in front of our window causing much of noise. The smell in the hallway was very strong like fermented salty seafood. The smell in the room was improved after the AC turned on for a while, but it was still noticeable.
