We pre-authorize the credit card on file for the room rate inclusive of tax, plus up to 200 to cover incidental charges. In the event of a late arrival, where the property may be sold out, we do this pre-auth in advance to guarantee the reservation and room is held. Once the pre-authorization is submitted through the card provided with the reservation, it cannot be modified as it is then subject to the card issuers release policy, which may not be with immediate effect. We are disappointed to hear that the room was not to your liking. We have a variety available to suit all budgets and tastes - while still being at the best value in our market. For your next stay, we'd certainly suggest trying one of our superior renovated queen rooms.
