We were so disappointed with this hotel we checked out a day early. Some of the outlets didn't work in our room, the phone didn’t work. They said they would get me a small fridge for my medication and then said they couldn’t. It was a very disappointing experience.

Beautiful building and amenities. Was not aware we had to pay for parking. Nice free shuttle service to local distillery district! Appreciate the little things like a steamer, robes, and water. Nicely stocked inexpensive room bar. Complimentary lobby coffee very good! I saw a bike rack stocked with bikes, but didn’t get a chance to use. Great lobby bar with unique cocktails and a delicious attached restaurant- farm to table! Staff was very courteous and helpful. King bedroom was a bit cramped but had a beautiful bathroom and full length mirror in room entry. Rooftop bar & restaurant was nice but a little slow. I’d stay there again but would like to check out downtown options next time.
