"The house is in a gorgeous setting, and quiet, secluded location. Very restful. There are lots of interesting places to visit: lighthouses, small museums, beaches to collect interesting rocks or launch the kayaks that the owner supplies Keep in mind the waterfront at the property is rocky, which is rugged and lovely to look at, but not good for wading and splashing in the lake. Our only disappointment was that the oven did not work. It was a great place to get away from cares."

"Great overall! There was not a remote for the DVR player and did not have access to cable. There were nats in the master bathroom likely from the well. We also had to make the beds for the bunk room, as they were not made upon arrival. But other than that it was very nice."

"The cottage on Pine Lane at Hemlock Hills was a perfect little piece of heaven for us! Perfect place to unplug and spend time in nature with your loved ones. The path to the river and the swing were our favorite! We had coffee there every morning. Thank you to Tammy and Mitchell for everything!"

"Fantastic host and a wonderful property! We had the absolute best mini-getaway with our two black labs, who completely fell in love with the spacious outdoor areas. The “old house” is incredibly charming, and we spent our evenings enjoying the cozy indoor fireplace and the great outdoor fire pit. Highly recommend "
