"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We received a free room upgrade which was very nice. The food was Ok but not outstanding. There was not a huge choice and we both ordered lasagna but they only had one left. Unfortunately the free welcome drink was called lemonade but was really just lemon juice and water which was very acidic and upset my stomach."
