### Cozy Studio Cabin in Praz-Sur-Arly - Up to 4 Guests, Near Village Center and Ski Lifts

This holiday apartment, located on the ground floor of the residence, features an alcove in the entrance hall with two single bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.  
  
The residence is located close to all amenities, including the village centre (600 metres), the ski lifts (700 metres) and the new swimming lake open in summer (350 metres).   
You will have an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker.   
  
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.  
  
Additional services subject to availability: End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towel pack, Wi-Fi box, baby kit, kitchen linen.  
Please note that a deposit will be required upon arrival.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
