"LOVED the property and surrounding area (even the windy 1 lane road up!) Get snqcks and food beforehand if you dont have a car! Its hard to get a taxi and is really not walker friendly (narrow, curvy road up/downhill) BUT, the quiet. The scenery. The songbirds. TOTALLY set the scene for 1st bisit to Italy! Would definitely stay again!"

"This villa is AMAZING!!! We had a group of 6 adults but EASILY could have fit 4 more. Coming from the US, this is the epitome of what we Americans envision Tuscany to be. We still can not believe how little we paid for the week, this would have easily been 3 times the amount in the US. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and Olive orchards; the only downfall was the massive amount of stink bugs that were out this time of year. We even brought one home with us ;). "This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds.
