Everyone was helpful especially the concierge on staff the weekend we were there 12/15 and 16 2023. We checked out very early and were given a to go breakfast. Wonderful stay

This hotel was a great value, terrific location, wonderful breakfast. Special thanks to the front desk personnel who were very helpful especially Haurdin. To upgrade hotel I would say bed linens/pillows could be of better quality.

If you are to stay in Prague, this is the place. You are just behind the famous Prague structure and the Astronomical clock. You can walk to just everywhere. The place is an old school, excellent, & breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

We loved that this property was just steps away from the clock and main square. It was clean, very nice, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right in the heart of old town. Breakfast was included and was delicious. I booked the Attic room which was great, plenty of space. The only somewhat weird thing was the window in the bathroom. There was a curtain but it never fully covered the window and I could see into other people's room when sitting on the toilet. The shower also was not fully covered so water would get on the floor. The hotel is older and could use some upgrades, but overall I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

The staff was amazing!! Super helpful, friendly and so polite! We felt so welcome! We visited three other countries and Praha was were we found people to be the nicest specially at Ventana Hotel. The location cannot get any better and the room was quite spacious. But the place needs a serious update and improve amenities. The worst is the breakfast, food was bad and stale. The front desk lobby decor and depressing reception emitted seriously wrong vibe and almost wanted to turn away. But this place has a potential with right investment to upgrade interior and its service people

Best Place to Stay in Prague!!!
This was an amazing find! Number one was the service, simply the best!!! They had great communication before check-in, the reception/concierge (both day and night) were wonderful, and the bellman was super helpful! You cannot beat the location; my second floor room was overlooking the Church of Our Lady before Tyn in the Old Town Square. I had a fantastic single room that actually had a double bed, chandelier, sky-high ceiling and window overlooking the previously mentioned view. The rooms really are soundproofed; you cannot hear anything outside and you are right in the middle of town. It is clean and safe. The full breakfast was also great.

A great stay and at a great hotel that is steeped in classical services/ambiance but with modern amenities. Had a medical issue the night before checking in which resulted in no sleep that night. Called hotel and explained situation, they allowed for an early morning check-in. Received a VIP upgrade (thanks Expedia) to a junior suite which was lofted and had great views into the old town square. The hotel is located about 100 feet away from the square away from the hustle/bustle, but close enough to take a stroll or find dining options. Rooms well appointed and bedding comfortable and quality. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Room was very quiet. Staff/Service is great and complimentary breakfast buffet was great. We stayed 6 nights and so glad we chose Ventana Hotel for our stay in Prague.

We had an amazing room. The breakfast was incredible, lots of options, and Mimosas! The service was great. Close to the clock and surrounding square! We will definitely stay again if in Prague.

Overall a good stay and value for money.
The location of the hotel is very good, bang in the middle of old town. It is not a modern hotel and has a bit of character. The front desk person Mr Vojta was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made our stay very pleasant. We could walk to all the places nearby , the churh next door had a concert which was worthwhile to go

Nice Hotel in perfect spot
Hotel is located in central spot so easy to get anywhere in Old Town. Looks outdated, clean but worn. Breakfast really good but not too much to choose from. Staff friendly and helpful.

The staff was very polite and professional. Our clerk Voita, the breakfast team and housecleaning, all excellent. The breakfast was among the best we’ve had. We stayed in one of the loft rooms which was as advertised but can get warm, the ac doesn’t quite cool it down, they do have a fan near the bed for use. I’m sure the other rooms probably don’t have this problem. I think the warmest day outside was about 85 degrees F, cooler weather shouldn’t be an issue. A beautiful walkable city with free public art installation’s and old churches you can go to with no required fee. We too an all day e-bike ride to a castle from Martin’s adventures, highly recommend. Even though they are e-bikes you need to be prepared for the last part which is steep.
