It's a very new and tidy hotel. The breakfast buffet was average and depending on the number of bus tours that had booked in that day, it was wiped out at times and the staff had problems keeping the food trays filled. The gym was small yet had enough equipment for a "hotel" work out. I would recommend not getting a room with a connecting door as the sound proofing of the door is poor and you could hear most of the neighbor's conversations. The location of the hotel is away from the frenzy of the old town but the tram line is directly in front and will get you there quickly.

A great hotel, great value , located 15-20 mins by public transport from centre of Prague by tram or metro. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and included in the price. Would look at staying here again when next in Prague .

.BEWARE. The service at this property is terrible. I had to cancel the prepaid trip and ask for a refund of the last two nights of my stay. (Penalty is only one night per their rules). The front desk refuses to talk to you, they are impolite and hung up the phone. They refused to make the refund and follow the rules clearly posted in Expedia. They even refuse to speak with Expedia agents. I recommend to avoid at all costs

Good morning,Considering that fact that you did not make your reservation online trough our site, but through Expedia The hotel followed the classic cancellation conditions of the reservation you made. The accommodation was not canceled 24 hours before arrival, so we only charged one night of the total amount as no-show fee. I am sorry for your troubles, but they are unjustified towards us. Positives: The hotel is great, it deserves a half star more in its current state and could be a four star hotel with further improvements. the design is nice, breakfast served is fantastic, gym is good, reception staff is professional and the location is close to public transportation as well. Negative: I am not sure if this issue was my room only or it can be found on other rooms, either the pluming or the room heater makes really loud noises that wakes you up at night that needs to be looked in to or fixed. My recommendation for the hotel is to add a safe, fridge and water heater in the rooms for resident convenience. So overall a nice experience and a well-done to the management and staff.

Simple and reasonable place. Breakfast was good, near the convention space I needed, but far away from old town. The check-in and checkout by computer did not work at all, luckily they had night staff there to handle it.

Wiedererwartend hat mich das Hotel überrascht. Es ist modern und legt auf Nachhaltigkeit wert. Überzeugend ist auch die reichhaltige Auswahl beim Frühstück. Auch die Zimmer sind im modernen Stil eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Von Außen wirkt das Hotel wenig einladend da es wie ein Betonklotz wirkt, daher um so überraschender das was drin ist und was der Gast erwarten darf. Also für den Aufenthalt in der goldenen Stadt durchaus eine Alternative, preislich (Pultpreis) auch nicht ganz billig. Aber es ist auch seinen Preis wert.

Schönes neugebautes Hotel mit der Straßenbahn-Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haupteingang. Im Keller gibt es einen großen Sportraum. Unser Highlight war das leckere Frühstück! Achtung: Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig und nicht ganz günstig.

La struttura risulta bella e moderna come nelle foto. Le camere sono ben pulite e molto silenziose. La pulizia viene effettuata ogni tre giorni per la loro politica di ecosostenibilità, ma è possibile richiedere anche una pulizia giornaliera se lo si desidera. La colazione continentale è molto abbondante e variegata. La struttura è collegata benissimo con il centro città mediante tram e metro. Personale molto gentile e cordiale!

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt (auch mit Kindern). Metro zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und keine 10 min ist man mitten in Prag - sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Unterkunft und Personal sehr gut. Einzige was etwas gestört hat ist, die Tram vor dem Hotel (Lautstärke in der Nacht). Kann ich nur empfehlen und würde bei einem weiteren Besuch in Prag wieder das Hotel buchen.

Very nice and clean hotel. It has the tram right outside literally 1 min. walk. Good breakfast and caring reception and cleaners. Would recommend.
