Nice and enjoyed stay. Just felt our room took a while to walk too being on opposite sides of the building from the lifts, but otherwise everything was great.

A luxurious place to stay. Fantastic for its breakfast buffets and located 2 minutes walk from a metro line, a major bus terminal ( Praha Florenc) and trams into the centre. Super staff from the front door to the house maids

First the staff was rude but later on compensated with executive lounge passes. Check-in was 3pm. We came at 4pm. I requested a room with the view. the front desk lady said she'll see what she can do. Made us wait saying that room is getting cleaned. Got the keys at 4:30 assuming the room with the view was assigned. But it was not. Called the front desk and the manager was apologetic and compensated by giving the executive lounge passes.

Really nice stay. Very clean. Two negatives - Tried to enjoy the pool - it was so cold!!! Not enjoyable at all! Over the weekend of our stay there was a big business conference at the hotel which we were not told about on booking - they took over the entire ground floor! Difficult to sit in lobby without getting surrounded by people networking!

We had a terrible welcome and check in process with a lady named Olga from the front desk. Not polite at all and with a very "robotic" attitude in her work. Let's not forget that front desk is one of the first impressions customers get while arriving to the property and might damage the full perception of the hotel. Her terrible attitude makes you feel as if you are not in the correct place. The hotel is good, above average, and very spacious.

I actually loved this hotel. It is a bit commercial as it is a huge hotel with a big parking garage and located to the side of the city center. You will find a lot of company employees staying there for conferences and stuff. The room was clean and the view was nice. Breakfast was amazing. Rooftop bar has beautiful views and a beautiful interior. Only cons of it is that you have to walk around 30 minutes to get to the city center.

The hotel was in general good however few points I will like to highlight The fridge in the room can't e accessed only after you pay the hotel to empty the minibar which I have not come access before as this is not explained when you book so be aware I had medicines and they said to store it you'll need to pay a chart for this which I think this is ridiculous and even after calling the hotel reception and spoke to Maryam she did not do anything for the medicines and I had to leave them out and were damaged so they don't care if you have a pre existing medical condition I think this needs to be brought to the attention of the senior managers as this is a clear lack of empathy to guests happens to have a medical condition or a disability like me This is really unacceptable in this day and age I hope this is rectified

Allow me to mention that to access the refrigerator, there is a Credit Card guarantee required, as this is the standard hotel policy. The guarantee is not a charge on the Credit Card, it is a reauthorization held by your bank on behalf of the Hilton Prague. Once the checkout is completed, the guarantee is automatically released back to your account.On the happier note I am very pleased that those shortcomings did not severely affect your stay and you have enjoyed your time at the Hilton Prague Hotel. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! - I was given a lovely welcome when I arrived and provided with a key card for a very comfortable room with a great view. The rooftop bar was a great way to unwind on the 1st night - again, what a view! The breakfast provision is excellent, the staff are very friendly and the hotel is very close to a metro station, so this is a great base camp to explore this enchanting city! I really cannot wait to visit Prague again and I would be delighted to stay here again

Typical big corporate experience... Hotel is modern and well equipped. Service is patchy except for reception which was consistently good especially check in.
