Wonderful hotel 5 minutes from Old Town Square. Staff are so polite and helpful they can't do enough for you. Great breakfast hot and cold, lovely bedroom. Definitely would stay again.

Very good location, courteous staff, adequate breakfast. On the lesser level, the room had satisfactory amenities but it was tightly small and on the back side of the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were all really nice and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location with close proximity to the center of old town. The breakfast bar was was excellent. I was very pleased with my stay there. I highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel with the nicest staff. Easy walking to main attractions and the most delicious chocolate shop across the road. Restaurant on site with a generous buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.

A short, pleasant walk to the main square, close to a metro stop, smart reception and breakfast area in traditional style with friendly, helpful staff. A very grand ballroom in the basement! Our room was one of the smaller ones but good value for money and we enjoyed the breakfast.

This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate. The concierge is knowledgeable and the best part is that everything for the most part is with in walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the food is first rate. If your 65 or older transit is free and most of the attractions are 1/2 price or free. We found out from other travelers. Make sure you have an IDnon you just in case they ask. If you need a ride from the airport use Uber at the airport don’t use Taxi 2Airport. If your plane is delayed unless you give them 24 hour notice they will not pick you up. Happened to us. Do use them from Hotel. to Airport worth it. Finally don’t get the CityPass not worth it. Never gave us what we paid for.

Adorable place to stay!! Within walking distance to many landmarks, and restaurants. Very convenient location. Must see the ballroom in the downstairs of the hotel. It is stunning and a very pleasant surprise. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included although we did not eat here as we headed out early.

Convenient location, but was surprised they charged 14pct to convert euro to local currency. A hotel at that level shouldn’t be charging as much, or at least in other countries 4-5 star hotels definitely don’t.

Absolutely loved this hotel, we had two rooms, a double and a twin. Superb customer service, breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the old town square

Hotel is nice but could use a little updating and better restaurant menu for dinner. Staff and location to old town is the best part of the hotel. Quiet area yet close to everything.

Room was okay, on the small size. Shower was decent, but was a tub, very high to step over. They have an amazing ballroom in the sub-basement, a must see. Great location, easy walking to everything. Would stay here again.
