Not worth it.
You pay too much for what you get. Room is small and suffocate feeling. No sunlight or air. The main entrance smells from cigarettes. Some things did not worked in the room. No kettle or coffee machine in the rooms. I suggest to find a better place. Sorry. My experience. One good thing - always hot water in the shower.

Thank you for your honest review. I would like to apologise for the experience you had. Rest assured that we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that cigarette smell is no longer an issue. We have had some incidents with other guests during the New Year - in the period of your stay.There is no kettle or coffee machine mentioned in the description of the room. We are very forward with the information we give to our guests. Guests can see how small/big the rooms are. Please provide us with the non-functioning thing in the room. We hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future to show you the improvements that we have made.

Only issue was time to check in to get the key. Also last night the key card failed and we had to call the other hotel for someone to come and reactivate but they were very quick

Nice little hotel, very close to everything and walking distance to restaurants. The only thing to add is that the Spa and Sauna wasn’t working during my stay.

This hotel had the smallest room I had ever seen in a hotel. Maintenance was sub-par. I was considering paying for breakfast at the hotel, but overheard some Germans complaining about the poor selection as well as the many flies in the breakfast room. All in all this hotel was very disappointing.

Great location, nice rooms, however the light in the bathroom didn’t work I reported and it took them 36 hours to fix it. The lady at reception was not contacted after 24 hours when I went to follow up Once it was fixed her comment was don’t use the hair drier, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing

Although the summer season can be quite busy, it is no justification for failing to provide you with a pleasant and memorable stay. I want to assure you that the receptionist who was responsible for the poor service is no longer employed with us.However, I am glad to hear that you were able to enjoy the location despite the unsatisfactory service.

Bed was horrible. Calling it a pillow is disgrace to pillows. it was a pillow but awful. Super uncomfortable bed and pillow. Terrible. Not worth any money to stay.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Never ever stay in this hotel, cannot say anything good about it, we had to change our room due to lack of air con and we also couldn’t open the windows, so basically no fresh air. After we changed the room, the bed has been broken as well as soap dispensers and the cleaners have also thrown away my teeth retainer worth £240, because they thought it was trash :) Breakfast had old and hard bread as well as weird tasking cucumber and tomatoes. Never choose this hotel for your visit in Prague, will leave a bad taste of the city.

Very basic and dated hotel. Stayed for two nights. Had issues starting with the checkin. There was a mixup with bookings, which eventually was sorted out. We had booked a room with two twin beds, and were told that it was not possible ( issues with Expedia and hotel communication). Had to change one room as air conditioning was not working. Mattresses were very old and had to ask for a replacement mattress as there was a sharp piece of metal pointing up out of the merges. Air conditioner in the other rooms also not working and were told by the reception that multiple rooms have non- working air conditioning as the building is old. Ended up keeping the windows open, but was very noisy throughout the night from noise of cars and loud people in the street. There was water dripping from the ceiling in kids room which we did not even report to the hotel as we were tired. Would not recommend

Nice breakfast each morning. Room was basic, nice shower though. An impossibly frustrating to use TV. Spent ages trying to get it to work, or at least show something. Just kept going to the 'settings' screen, in Czech. I have never had any problem with foreign TV's but this one took the biscuit. So, I had no TV to watch in my basic room for 4 days. Nothing else in the room either, apart from a small fridge, ie no writing paper, no information about anything, just a glass and bottle opener.

Location was convenient except the taxi would only drop us at the corner and we had to walk half a block with all our luggage down a cobblestone street. The hotel had some additional local tax charges (about $20) but they said they wouldn't take a credit card. We arrived late and I didn't have any Turkish Lira. I got a little indignant and asked him why I can't use a credit card and he furrowed his brow, did some clickety clacking on the keyboard and then took my credit card begrudgingly. Our room was old. The carpet was old, the paint was old, the bed was on the hard, cheap side. The pillows were very flat. We couldn't adjust the heat above 22 c. The shower didn't have a curtain, which is the style in some European countries, but the spray wand sprayed water in every direction and every time we showered, the whole bathroom got soaked (including the towels, our clothes and the toilet paper which we learned to remove after the first time). The hotel was expensive too, about $170 per night. Not a good value at all.

OK, but nothing special considering this is 4 stars. Very similar to some good 3 stars hotels in Prague. It was very cold in dining room during breakfast

Nice place!
Decent place in a great location! Room was fairly clean a few cobwebs etc but overall comfortable and a decent stay, breakfast had a strange selection but was great to be included in the price! Only issue we had was a fairly long check in process which we felt we were judged as we had backpacks and didn’t appear like the regular hotel customers. Also we were given 2 room keys, neither of which worked and was made to take the lift to the 5th floor 3 times before we were given replacements, whilst the receptionist sat at the desk and didn’t bother moving to help at all, one of which replacements also did not work! Otherwise, a nice place to stay for a few nights, Prague is a brilliant place!

This is an excellent hotel at a very good price. It is a short walk around the corner from the Stepanska tram stop on the number 6 line, with several good restaurants close by. i would stay there again without hesitation.

Location of hotel was fine. Definitely not a British 4 star Rooms could be a lot brighter, they say they have bar,but in reality no.nothing to make you want to stay in for, but then again you are in Prague. So why would you want to stay in. Breakfast facilities were very good. Would probably return
