Velmi zajímavé??? Mladá paní k nám přijela už podruhé, protože se jí tu asi z "nějakého" důvodu zalíbilo. Chápu, že mohla mít smíšené pocity, kyž jsem nechtěl tolerovat její povýšenost a aroganci, když si sem "samozřejmě" přivedla pánskou návštěvu (bez dovolení, bez oznámení....): A pán šel rovnou do sprchy. Zakládáme si tuprávě na přátelské, rodinné atmosféře, která je tu všude procítěna a "hodiový hotel" z ARTHARMONY určitě dělat nehodlám. Ale asi je na to paní Edita zvyklá, jak mi sama tvrdila, že je to zcela normální na celém světě. PS: sám jsem taky z "masa a kostí":) a kdyby mě na recepci slušně požádala...., asi bych jí návštěvu povolil.

This is simply NOT true ! Nobody asked anybody to leave the Hotel or rejected some assistance with the problem..! NO WAY ! As we rememeber one customer had the feeling hand itching. It could be any allergy reaction from outside.. Could be... The customer strongly wanted to leave the Hotel by himselfs and he left with the refund !!

Dear Guest, we feel really sorry about the situation with the noise and cleaning. We try to do something with the club, but they have permission from municipality, so we and even police can not do anything about that. Anyway if you complain at the reception we can give you other room (it is only issue in few rooms), if we have some room free we will gladly help you with the problem, we always try our best to satisfy wishes of the guest and we love to make them happy. With the cleaning, thing, we do not usually do that everyday, but if you request it at the reception we will again do our best to satisfy your wishes. We feel bad and very sorry that this situation has occurred, anyway we immediately offered our guest another room, but they did not want to stay, even though they were warned that they have type of reservation with non-refundable payment. And we anyway send significant amount (almost all) of money this week back to their bank account. In the morning next day professional company help us solve this problem and it is all right now. We feel really sorry, because we are trying to do everything we can for pleasure of our guest.

Dear Guests, we are really sorry for moving, but we are small pension / hostel and sometimes it is impossible to not move especially when you make last minute reservation for more days. But I think 11:00 is not that early, we are trying to be gentle as much we can to our guest if this case happen, oftentimes it is later than 11 am.
