Room were super clean all the time , menu in the buffet excellent, great service, staff from entertainment so cool, dancing specific the one we called electric, he will never stop dancing and having fun with you, the experience was super nice, we don’t want to go home!!! We had a great trip, the property is beautiful, the pool is great, beach is nice. I think one of the best things was sitting on balcony with a drink and a book listening to the waves crashing. The food on the buffet is good, different items every night. Things that could improve, the amount of table service meals allowed on all inclusive plan, and one of the restaurants only had lasagna as the only entree available, so we canceled our reservation and went to the buffet.

The property is quite big & well maintained by staff. Staff were very friendly but many didn’t speak English so relied on translation apps. The buffet served a lot of local foods which was great although would have enjoyed more variety night after night. There was often some type of pool exercise or entertainment in the day and evenings. The property is 1.5 hours from Samana airport and transportation from the airport is not provided by the hotel. It’s a big resort, great for long evening beach is beautiful, tons of chairs. However, it’s not great for people with mobility issues. There’s no path all the way to the beach (only to the restaurants); you have to walk across a grassy field to get a beach chair. It would help if there was an accessible path. I’d recommend this hotel to able bodied people for sure, great staff, food, rooms, and beach!!
